Marcus Menomonee Falls Cinema is a clean movie house with good movies and comfy seats. The staff are great, efficient, and friendly, with a particularly welcoming greeter. Concessions include pizza and food that is yummy, good, fresh, and hot, though the popcorn with butter is noted as terrible and to be avoided. The lounge is a nice feature. Some find the theater too warm or a little cold. While concession lines are super long and require patience, management is helpful in resolving issues. It provides a great time for families.

Movie was good, seats were comfortable! We ordered loaded fries and cheese curds and took them 45 minutes, had to ask for our food. Overall customer service was okay.
