Stood around in the Festool area for 25 minutes looking to buy a sander and dust collector, but i had a few questions. No one came over to help, prepared to spend over $1,000 i dont need to hunt down an employee to answer them. Walked out and not one employee even acknowledged me.

Yesterday was my first time there all that I can say is this place is fantastic from the minute I got there till the minute I left I smiled ear to ear it is a man's Paradise they have everything when did no generic stop all quality I repeat all quality everything the staff treated me like I was a king it might be because I have almost the same last name as their store but I do believe they probably treat all of their customers that way Molly regret in life is that I have not been there more times and it took me this long to go there I would put it on as a vacationing hotspot

I have always had great customer service here! Huge shout out to Eric and Brandon at the parts services today. They helped troubleshoot a tool of mine that was malfunctioning. Definitely went out of their way to help figure out a solution and fix the problem.

This is the most awesome hardware store in southeast wisconsin. Truly a handy-persons delight as well as a place contractors visit often. They have almost everything you could want for any project. They have the widest assortment of power tools you will find anywhere with Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Stihl, and many others. They have air tools and nailguns and all the usual departments like plumbing and electrical. They have great knowledgeable staff. They have a guy in plumbing who is great at finding the parts you need. They have tool days where many manufacturers come to display their wares and let you test drive various power tools. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love this place. Next door they have a store with all kinds of knobs and drawer pulls and other cabinet hardware. You really have to see this place to believe it. Prices are typical of a hardware store. On tool day weeks they have great sales. Get on their mailing list so you get tool day flyers.

I had a great experience here looking for a replacement hinge to a kitchen cabinet. Our house was built in the early 90s and I couldn’t find this hinge (see pics below for reference) at any of the big box stores so one of the associates at these stores directed me here. Well, I’m glad he did because I was helped by a very kind sales associate, Susie, who was very knowledgeable. She looked at the pictures I had of the hinge and was able to identify it and then found a replacement in their back storage room. The storage room looked enormous so I am sure they would have many older and outdated hardware pieces for those people that are looking to exchange and not replace older hardware. Their store was clean and they had a very large selection of contemporary designs as well for contractors and people building or renovating their homes. So, I actually bought two sets of these hinges in case I would need one in the future. The price was on point (no need for shipping like on line stores) and especially for the service! Thanks again Susie and Neu’s! I will definitely be back for other items as well.

I needed to buy a lawnmower at the end of the season and went to several places to find one. My last call/visit was to Neu's. Best decision ever. Received terrific help in getting a mower that met my needs and within a price point I could afford. The help and assistance was outstanding. It was my first time at Neu's and you can be sure I will go there again. The store has fantastic. When making a major hardware store purchase ..add Neu's to your list. You will be glad you did.

Their website clearly offers curbside PU but you call and they don't know what you're talking about! I was put on hold for so long that I finally hung up! I'm on disability and the items I need are waaay at the back of the store and I can't walk that distance! I've used it many times before so I don't understand why they sound surprised when I call to use it? If they don't want to do curbside, then remove it from your website!
