We’re new to the area. I brought four dress white shirts to them to be laundered – one spread point dress shirt, and three wing-collared, pleated front tuxedo shirts. My first warning was that they don’t do heavy starch, only light. The cuffs and collar and the pleats need heavy starch to hold up to an evening of dinner and dancing.
When I picked up the shirts, I looked at only to top one. It was one of the wing-collared shirts, and it looked OK. When I got home and looked at the other two wing collars, I was nearly apoplectic. They were a mess! One of them had both collar wings pointing in the same direction. That is, one crimped over as it should be, the other pressed flat. The other shirt had both points pressed flat! It also had the placket gnarled up.
I almost drove back, but thought better of it. The three night out of state event is this weekend, and there’s no point in be going there only to hear them say they’ll try again, and I can pick them up sometime next week.
When I first went there, I wanted to sort of interview them about their ability to handle formal shirts. But I thought that would be insulting to professionals, so I let it go. That’s not a mistake I’ll make with the next place I try.
I'll add that the shirts were clean and bright white.

They always do a great job and their prices are fair.

This was the second time I took in a long red dress to get cleaned within about 4 weeks apart and the first time they cleaned it and pressed all the pleats beautifully but I was charged $21 and change. This time I went on a Saturday to pick up the dress and the first thing I noticed was that they only pressed the pleads to right below the waist they did not do it all the way to the floor and when I asked the very young man at the desk why they didn't do that, his response to me was that he wasn't there when I brought the dress in so he doesn't know what it look like. I asked were they going to do anything about it and he said well maybe they could redo it but he doesn't know cuz he didn't see the dress when I brought it in. Then the first time you did the dress I was charged $21 and change and now I was only charged $14 in change and I was told that's because they must have rang it up the first time has a fancy dress and I said it's not a fancy dress it's more like a sundress and he didn't seem to care at all that I was charged almost $7 more the first time. Now I have to find a new dry cleaner so that they can at least press the pleats all the way to the floor like it's supposed to be and now I'm out $14 in change and that was very poor customer service so if you dry clean, I do not recommend this place. But the young lady that took my two dresses in when I drop them off was very nice.

I stopped there around 4:50 today to pick up my clothes and saw the “ Be Back Soon “ on their found door ! It’s not a problem then we decided to wait but so disappointed that I have to wait for like 40 minutes and leave without my clothes pick up! I tried to call them several times but no answer even when the lights and open sign is on but no one inside! This business is a joke! I understand how hard your job is but at least be professional as your job!

Everyone should read their comments before choosing this place or end up regret like me.BE BACK SOON! It’s not what what is said on the door! We came at 4:25PM and waited OVER AN HOUR at the parking lot and tried to call them over 15 times and no one answer the phone, we need to pick up our suits that we need for our event in the next day and ended up disappointed and living without our suits at 6pm ! We definitely will not coming back for your s service ever again but be back to work on our issues today if they don’t make it right! This is ridiculous

They do not stand behind their service, but instead make excuses and try to pass the blame elsewhere . They ruined my comforter by adding heat to it creating a large hole and refused to try and fix it or compensate me for their negligence.

I want to complement an employee of the North Pointe Cleaners in Menomonee Falls. Sarah greets me kindly whenever I enter the store. She works quickly to log in my laundered shirts and take payment for my pickups. She is always very helpful when I ask about dry cleaning questions and makes sure that the correct process is used on the clothing that I bring to your facility to best meet my needs and the best option for the piece of clothing. I trust Sarah to make sure that my items are handled carefully and expertly. Among service professionals that I happen to interact with on a weekly basis Sarah tops the list with her attitude, knowledge & kindness.

We've used them several times. The owner works very hard to keep things going, especially with it being hard to find workers. Our clothing has always come back looking great. He made some fixes we asked as well.

I asked the lady at the front counter for heavy starch on two button up shirts. She indicated we have new owners and they do shirts how they see fit. You should go to Germantown cleaners. Wow

“We are not magicians,” the lady behind the counter said pointedly, after I had shown her a small blood stain in the shirt that I had just paid for as “clean.” Let me start at the beginning of the story. I had to get my clothes dry cleaned in like 5 days because I was leaving on a trip. They told me that my clothes would be done a day before that, so I gladly gave them my clothes. Two days later, they called, saying that my suit jackets would not be done in time. When I came there on the day that they initially said everything would be done on, neither my suit jackets nor my pants were dry cleaned. They dry cleaned only my three shirts. I paid, walked out, and looked at them in my car and two of them still had small blood stains on the collar and shoulder. I went inside and asked, and they immediately got huffy and defensive, saying, “we are not magicians” and saying that I shouldn’t expect my clothes to be clean. Blood stains are really easy to get out, but that was clearly too hard for them.Awhile back before this at another time, they put a hole in my shirt, and it took over a month for me to finally get ahold of the manager to get my shirt reimbursed or fixed. If you value your time, money, and clothes, DO NOT go here.

Today I went to pick up my dry cleaning and the lady who says she is the owner was wearing my sweater. She also stated that my clothing items had been there for too long and that as a result she donated them. I was so confused because she was wearing them. She handed me a copy of my receipt to view dates that she claims she called me. However, I never received any phone calls.... I have taken my clothing to other cleaners and if it reaches a point where it’s been too long they reach out by Mail, phone, email. I had 18 pieces of clothing that she claims was donated.....It was beyond frustrating to argue with someone while they are wearing your clothes. She continued to deny she was wearing sweater. After realizing I wasn’t backing down and I would like take things further the lady wrote me a check for $500...Below is a picture of the lady wearing my sweater and a picture of me in the exact sweater.
