**BUYER BEWARE**I was a member of OT for over a year. I had to cancel my OT membership because I could not afford it anymore and did not have the time as a nursing student. I feel very disheartened with how I have been mislead and disregarded over this situation. In April, I called OT to ask about the process of cancelling my membership. The front desk worker told me that I can just cancel over the phone and assured me that I do not need to come in and sign the cancellation form. I was told that OT would charge me for another month due to the 30 day notice and then it would be officially cancelled. When I realized that I was still being charged after that 30 days, I called again and talked to a different staff member. Although I was originally told that a call notification is enough, the staff member informed me that OT policy says we must come in and sign the form. She apologized because the person I first talked to is a new OT employee who provided me with inaccurate information. She informed me that they wrote a note on my account saying that I cancelled in April. I was reassured by her that I should receive a refund because this situation happened due to Orange Theory, not because of me.The owner, Karly, contacted me and expressed that I would not be receiving any sort of refund because no cancellation paperwork was filled out in April. I do understand there is a policy. However, I signed that member policy form over a year ago, so how could I possibly remember the exact cancellation process? I did my duty to call and find out what was needed from me. If I had known that the cancellation form did need to be completed, I would have done that in April. This situation has caused me to lose almost $300. That is a lot of money, especially for a college student. I have tried to reach out multiple times to advocate for myself, yet Karly has ignored all of my texts and calls. It is completely understandable if a new employee makes a mistake, but I do not understand why I am being punished for it. I truly feel like I was completely taken advantage of. This entire situation was handled very poorly by Menomonee Falls OT.

Never enjoyed group fitness until Orangetheory. Now after almost 2 years as a member, coming to class is a highlight of my day. Coaches, staff and fellow members cheer you on and push you to be better. I love OTF and the Menomonee Falls crew!

I joined just about 2 months ago, and it was the best thing I could've done for myself. I had been working out consistently on my own, but I needed a change of pace, and something to motivate me to keep getting to the gym. OTF is exactly that! I've met some awesome people, and it's truly my favorite hour of my day.

Somehow my phone number was given to this located and listed as interested in signing up. They then proceeded to call me 15 times over the past month trying to get me to call them back to learn more about signing up. The most recent call was at 8:45am on a Sunday. I can't comment on the service they provide, but calling that often is ridiculous and is basically the same as those spam robocalls.

Been a member here for almost 3 years and I am still hooked! The front staff is the friendliest and coaches care and take the time to get to know you and your needs. The comraderie of members during workouts can't be beat. Get ready to join the OTF family!
