Pet Stores
Pet World Warehouse Outlet is a pet store offering animals, supplies, and grooming services. The staff receives mixed feedback, described as super friendly, amazing, very knowledgeable, and giving helpful information. Specific praise highlights their expertise with birds, including proper grooming and helpful printouts. However, some customers find employees not completely knowledgeable about all products, though they try to help. The store itself is noted as nice and clean. Experiences with the animals vary; a customer found a desired lizard but reported issues like a thirsty hamster without water and ferrets in enclosures with limited visibility. A significant complaint involves moths in the wooden bulk food bins for birds and small animals, which the store advises refrigerating. Service experiences range from very positive, with prompt assistance, to a highly negative incident where the wrong animal, a rattlesnake, was provided instead of a purchased gecko. Pricing is considered steep by some, and not all items are clearly marked. Bird grooming services are highlighted as a cost-effective alternative to veterinarians, performed by knowledgeable staff. Overall, it is a store with dedicated animal care but inconsistent service and maintenance issues.
