“We took our three girls here today for their first dose of the Covid vaccine. The staff handled my anxious 10 and 6 year old awesomely and then when it was our 9 year old’s turn (she is nonverbal and on the Autism spectrum and new experiences like this can be very difficult for her) the pharmacist and woman checking us in were SO incredibly kind. We were completely blown away by how easy and effortless they made this experience for us. I can’t thank all the staff at the Menomonee Falls location enough. You honestly made my day! Thank you so much.”

“Really fresh foods. The only downside for me is that the water refill station is a little slower than average. I use this to my advantage though. I can set my phone alarm to 3 minutes, run and shop for what i need to get, and get back and turn off the water in time.They have these deals there where if you buy 5 or 6 of any item you'll get a discount, which puts you on a scavenger hunt :-) But the deals are good.Anyway I'll be back”
“The African American lady at the reception on the 5th floor is an absolute angel! She always has a warm smile and goes out of her way to help people. Today, she made my day by taking the time to copy my insurance card, which was on a large piece of paper, and cutting it down so it could fit neatly into my wallet. It was such a small act of kindness, but it made a huge difference for me. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out. Exceptional service and a wonderful person!”

“Had a few difficulties with the lab BUT Hannah (or Hanna) in the lab was absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable, didn’t hurt me while drawing my blood, & we had banter while she distracted me from my blood draw. Hannah (or Hanna) is awesome!!”
