48 hours to customize a cake is crazy. I skip going to Kroger, er... Metro Market... whenever possible because of how I got treated for having the audacity to ask for a name to be drawn on a birthday cake upon purchase. Publix is going to destroy Kroger when they come north because of stuff like this.

Some of the cashiers are so moody and just not friendly. Meat selection is always bad.

One of the best grocery stores in the area. Plenty of variety, the produce is fresh, and it’s clean. I never had any issues with the staff. It is basically Kroger brand but seems a bit nicer than some Krogers I’ve been to.

It’s ok as a grocery store and pharmacy. Prices are comparable to Walmart. You’ll be forced to do sell checkout because they don’t have enough staff ever.

Only shop here if I absolutely have no choice. Regularly one checker, self checkout open but attendant is on phone and of no help. Worse yet, service counter closed in middle of day with a ‘closed’ sign only. Sale items out of stock already on Friday and no one to even ask for help bc the service counter is closed. These issues are a recurrent problem!

Grocery Order Pickup is a joke. Click list needs to hire better ‘pickers’ at this Menomonee Falls location. Usually (about 1/2 the time) they are either forgetting something, really bad/weird substitution choices, and gross produce is what they give me. My 1 star review is based on the pickup dept only. I’ve given it 2 months here, and always had great experience at other Kroger stores for pickup, this particular location sucks. Usually the app is good for requesting a Refund, but it’s been glitchy recently and the other customer service options have either ignored me or got disconnected.

Just had the gal at the butcher counter yell at me when I asked for assistance like an average human. Dropped my cart off with a manager to whom gave no care about what happened.

Just left the store. 1 of 5 people shopping on a quiet Sunday morning. Checkout guy that watches you when you self check out didn't even acknowledge me. Not a word was spoken. I don't want a parade every time I walk in into a store but a thanks, have a nice day, etc. would be appreciated instead of blankly staring ar your phone. If you don't want to work in customer service then you shouldn't.

Its peak after work hours and the self checkout lanes are closed. No manager running the front end. Takes 20 minutes to check out
