Hannah does a fantastic job with our two dachshunds. One of them is very anxious getting her nails trimmed but Hannah is always calm and reassuring with her! Our other dachshund gets a full groom and comes back looking so cleaned up and cute every time!

I'm so grateful to have discovered The Salty Dog! I make the drive down from Madison because I truly believe they're the best around.
Lexi and Hannah are absolutely amazing. My dog can be a bit needy, but Hannah has always taken such great care of him and does incredible work. I trust them completely and would recommend The Salty Dog to anyone with a pet!

The service the owner and colleague provide is excellent. However, I was told they don’t use email communication and only utilize the phone to book appointments and do not mix communication styles. This led to a missed appointment booked on their end with my dogs showing up and being turned away. They called me to let me
know an appointment time was available and I responded via email to their voicemail since I found their email on their website through the website form. The owner was also not aware of the conversatio her colleague had with my dogs’ caregivers who delivered them to the appointment regarding why a future appointment was booked. There was nothing that the owner offered to do to right the mistake. The owner also accused my dogs of being aggressive when that was not communicated to me after an appointment - if there is an issue I expected to be notified about it and in writing so it can be documented and not anecdotal.

Once again, our puppy Adina has had a wonderful, wonderful experience with Hannah grooming her. She looks beautiful. Our puppy is happy and secure going into Salty Dog pet spa and leaves happy as well. That shows how kind and loving she is treated there. We are so thankful for Hannah and for everyone at Salty Dog. Thank you for your beautiful attitude and running such a clean and positive pet spa.

So happy I found Salty Dog Pet Spa to take care of my lil man’s grooming needs! I landed here after a few unfortunate events with the previous groomer and could not be more pleased with the service after the first visit! Hannah took care of my pup and for the first time ever when picking him up he wasn’t frantic to leave -he was well taken care of!!

Lexie the owner does a fabulous job on my dog, I'm sure she does a fabulous job on every dog. You can tell by your dog's cut if you have a bad groomer a good one. It's like you getting a cut, if you go to place like cost cutters well you get what you get. If you go to a high end salon you get a great cut. Same with groomers, and Lexie is one of the best.

We've taken our dog here many times but recently came in for a nail trim. Was able to watch the owner trim and buff his nails. She is so gentle with the dogs and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

We have tried to trim our dogs nails at home and have been unsuccessful as he is big, strong and can sound a bit scary. We as dog parents were nervous to take him to get this nails trimmed but the staff made us and our Pittie feel very welcome! They were absolutely amazing with him and we will for sure be coming back!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Hannah took great care of my Wheaten, who was way way way past due for a cut. She was very knowledgeable on the style of cut for the breed, and made my dog look fabulous!

First time here and I will not be going anywhere else. My doodle has a hard time getting groomed and Hannah was so kind and loving to my dog. Her patience and love was evident as it took half the time it usually takes other groomers. Highly recommend! So clean and smells amazing inside as well!
