Horrible experience with a grumpy old employee very disappointed she said she was a manager at JC Pennie and she said she does not know much about Sephora and she’s been there for 2years at Kohl’s . Will never go there again went to the mall instead and had excellent service and great selections as well. Very bad service at kohl’s lately seems like everyone’s grumpy and don’t want to help and poor attitude as well from the time you walk in to the check out lane zero stars

I was at Sephora theoretically yesterday I bought two packs of A-Shirts from Calvin Klein and a bracelet with mount everest water and something else in the bracelet however the fit around my wrist is kinda tight so I might have a free by for if you want a bracelet to never tell you again.

Need employees that actually know how to do makeup and don't push the worst possible makeup brands you sell because they aren't educated in makeup. No help. Left with no purchase. When you have employees that have eyebrows that look like a permanent marker line, I'm not going to take you seriously.
