I recently have been working close with sherwin for my companies paint. I have to say the store manager Jason, and everyone else involved has been incredibly helpful and supportive from technical issues to needing supplies and equipment in short notice. I really do appreciate their customer service and level of care. It’s a pleasure to work with them.

Very disappointed with this location. I tried to call 10 minutes before they closed to place an order but no one answered. I arrived to the location 5 minutes before closure and as I pulled up, the worker was locking the door. She saw me pull up and still locked it and walked away. I went up to the door to make sure it was locked and it was. All of the lights were off. I hate when stores do that. If you close at a certain time, then commit to that time and don’t be misleading with the information you display. I’ve never had this issue with other locations.

Took a picture of a stain bought their 2 years ago they couldn't get the stain off the picture so I asked if I brought the stain in they can match it they said well I don't know we'll see what we can do not sure we can really help you which is ridiculous I'll just take it to pp&g about $1,000 order level of customer service at the store is ridiculous

Exceptional help at this paint store when I was in today around 11 AM all my questions were answered I highly recommend this store for all your painting needs.

Store was great! Was clean, well stocked, and the staff was friendly and upbeat. We were helped by Miya (VERY helpful!!!). She asked all the right questions about our project, what we were painting, color we were covering, etc. She explained the differences in the grade/quality of the paints available and told us about Sherwin-Williams keeping track of our color for 10 years.

I like Schwerin Williams, but do not go there for a color match! Twice now I have been stuck with a can of paint and a mess because it wasn’t even close.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love that they save your paint purchases in their database so there is never any confusion about what you buy when touch-ups or a new coat is needed.

The paint color choices are fabulous! I ordered some paint swatches, received them, picked out a color and inquired about the one color shade i chose. I went to the SherwinWilliams store that day. The young man at the counter (William) was very helpful in what color paint I was looking for, and I went with his recommendation!! The color choice he suggested is what I went with and did not disappoint! The whole experience was most perfect!!

I deal with Sherwin-Williams through the business I work for as a 1st time client for the business who I suggested through our company which we have spent nearly $60K in paint I have also used them for personal experience they are extremely professional and very exceptional. I always use Sherwin-Williams paint because it is the best paint for the price.The person that helped me at the store was very helpful and patiently answered any and all questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience.
