Aaron C. was a fantastic salesperson. We purchased a leather couch, sofa, coffee table, and two end tables. He showed us multiple options, colors, and was able to answer any questions my wife & I had.We have always had great service at this location, which is why we recommend them and continue to come back.

The sales person was very nice. However one of the 3 items we were purchasing was not available for 2 months. Even through we were paying 179 dollars for delivery we were informed we would have to pay an additional amount to have the unavailable item delivered at a later day. They would not budge on this.I just felt that it would be good for customer relations to waive the second delivery charge since the item was not available. Instead they lost our sale and future business.

Our sales associate was friendly, the delivery individual crew was as equally friendly. I purchased a desk that needed to be assembled, and the boxes were damaged as well as a piece inside the box. Steinhafels delivery crew took photos of the delivered items, and they are claiming they have no photos, and I would need to call the manufacturer for replacement. So disappointing.

Carrie was very helpful, and PATIENT. My mom and I sat on almost every sectional in the store, and measured just as many. She was helpful, but not overbearing. We ended up purchasing 2 furniture sets, and I greatly appreciated her help.

I found the experience very pleasant. I was greeted by Craig as soon as I arrived, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. We truly enjoyed our new chairs on Thanksgiving. The one issue we had was resolved. We picked up a replacement chair on Friday.

I bought a couch and love seat last December. In April I called because the arm was broken. The guy came out to fix it and noticed all the piling and said he would wait to fix it and put in a ticket. Fast forward to November 7th. They brought new seat covers for the couch only. They look awful. It looks like someone splashed something on it. When I called they said that’s normal. They will not refund my money or give me a new couch. Awful customer service!! I have a couch in my basement that I have had from somewhere else that is 8 years old and looks better than this couch. So frustrating!! I will never do business with them again!! Now they are stating I need to send pictures and I already did. I took the cushion to the store and the customer service lady at the desk agreed that the cushion doesn’t look right. It is not normal!!

This is an update of my earlier review. We needed a love seat on short notice, and decided on the "Turin" leather love seat, as shown on the website. We liked the color shown, and believed that, as a "Natuzzi" product, it'd be high quality. I therefore held my nose, crossed my fingers, hoped for the best, and gave Steinhafels one last chance. 1. The color: Several other items, as pictured on the website, accurately show the color (as seen on the real items, in the showroom), but in this case the Turin I received was very different (more brown/reddish) than shown on the site (lighter, and slightly more orange; what's often called "butterscotch".) The site also shows the Turin CHAIR, in exactly that same color, as did my order summary for the loveseat. Moral: Don't buy any Steinhafels item based solely on the website; be sure to look at one first. (The customer service manager said that color "depends on the lighting". Well yeah, of course. But, if photos don't accurately show an item's color, a competent, honest retailer would rectify as needed before posting them.) Steinhafels substitutes its own color NAMES for those of the manufacturer. In this case, they call the Turin color that I ordered "Brandy" -- but there's no such color offered by either Natuzzi Italy or Natuzzi Editions. 2. One of the four legs was wobbly; the bracket design provides no way to tighten the leg. 3. The brand: As for this being a "Natuzzi" product: Well, hmm. When I found a "Natuzzi Editions" metal tag on the side, I researched further. NOT all Natuzzi is high quality, made in Italy. Those are produced by "Natuzzi Italy". Natuzzi EDITIONS are a completely different (and overall, less stylish) line . . . made in CHINA. Thus, Steinhafels isn't fully/honestly disclosing the manufacturer -- aware, most likely, of how many of us dislike and avoid products made in China. 4. Steinhafels even gives its own names to items. Neither Natuzzi Italy nor Natuzzi Editions offers a chair or loveseat called "Turin". There IS an exact counterpart offered by Natuzzi Editions, but with a different name. (Maybe Steinhafels believes that, if they were to use the right names, we'd conduct some research first, on the manufacturer's site -- which, in this case, would have given me a heads up that this loveseat was made in China. 5. To their credit, the company has now, quickly and easily, facilitated a quick and easy exchange, for the "Livorno" wide leather arm chair (also from "Natuzzi Edition", but clearly better quality than the Turin.)

Nancy was very patient and helpful as we searched for the right mattress and was very informative when we were searching for our new dining set. She made the experience very easy and pleasant. We’ve bought furniture here before and we will again. We highly recommend Nancy and the whole store!

My shopping experience today was easy and very comfortable, no one hassled me when I walked into the store. The salesperson Vvilma introduced and smoothly offered to assist. She was quite pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

Back in the day the experience was great! The staff treated everyone so kind and worked with budgets but no matter price point the furnishings were quality! Now even the low end is priced ah high end! Staff greeted us with stares as we had work clothes on true not fancy pants but money is super green! Did not nor will we purchase there.

I don't like being attacked by sales people as I walk in the door.Every visit they are lined up like a football team.This visit I quickly chose what I wanted, and had to search out a sales person from a different department, who was only happy to write up a quick sale.

We liked that the salesperson didn't hover over us, but let us walk around the store. We looked at end tables and found what we liked. We had ordered some end tables at another store, and since we wanted 2, we were told that it would be about 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive. Over 2 months later, no guarantee of when they would arrive. Here all we had to do is pick them up at the warehouse at our convenience. For us it was the next day. The pick-up process was safe, fast, and efficient. There was an unbelievable amount of end tables on display. The salesperson was helpful and no pressure which we appreciated and liked.
