Stylist messed up my son’s hair. She may have been newer, as another one needed to come and fix it. He told her to leave the top longer (typical teen boy style) and she cut it above his eyebrows. He was not happy with the cut at all. She was very kind and perhaps having an off day.
UPDATE: Manager reached out to gather feedback and offered a refund. I’m very pleased with the customer service!

Kira came highly recommended so I decided after 3 months to return to this particular Supercuts. She did not disappoint and I loved my haircut. She is very pleasant and really seemed focused and thorough when cutting my hair. After having bad experiences with other stylists she made my day.

We went in to have a cut fixed up on our 5 year old boy and she did amazing. Very helpful and polite.

Not a long wait. Staff was polite, but not overtly friendly. They didn’t engage in conversation except for the cut itself . Also, when they ask how you like the cut, it’s a little tough to judge when you have no idea how it will look when it’s dry and styled. At $24 for just the cut on spritzed hair, my opinion is that it reaching the top for what they offer. Still ok, but wouldn’t recommend for anything special.

Stylist: All the stylists are great here with my son. He is nonverbal and has autism but he is so comfortable here every time the haircut gets done quicker than the last time . They are very patient with him . Thank you !

I’ve always gotten a great haircut here. I have the same stylist, Kieko, who knows how I like my hair cut and styled.
Stylist: Kieko is very good. She was my stylist pre-covid and I followed her from that location to Menomonee Falls post-covid.
