i am NOT one to leave a negative review ever but this is by far the worst service i have ever received at a retail store before.
i loved this tjmaxx up until today. i was making returns as one usually does except this time i accidentally lost the receipts which has happened to me one time before. i tell the customer service woman this and i am immediately hit with a disrespectful tone which threw me aback, but i kept a respectful tone with her as I know it can be a little more frustrating to get this return done. She then tells me one of the pieces I got was a set which I did not know at all…and i tried to explain that to her and she just absolutely would not have it with me. She was being so disrespectful, rude, and talking to me in a condescending tone the entire time. i don’t know if it was because I am a younger woman and she is older or if it was because she just hates doing those types of returns that much, either way that type of service is unacceptable in my eyes, ESPECIALLY to a very compliant customer.

I don’t even know where to start….easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a store. I’ve been looking for something for TWO YEARS!!!!! I finally found it. The lady who helped me, she grabbed me a cart and then mentioned there’s another one too. I WAS LOOKING FOR TWO!!!!!!! So I’m very grateful she mentioned about the second one. And then she put both on hold at the front. Excellent. Then everybody in between were so freaking nice. And then someone helped me out the items in my car. Super cool. I know they were just doing their job but they were nice on top of it. Silly rant but i was so delighted with the experience. I did call the store too to give them this same information. Very awesome. My Birthday weekend MADE. I will be returning. Plus the section is always AWESOME. thanks again!!!!!!

This is the best TJ maxx of them all in milwaukee county. The variety of things they have is amazing. I always find lots of name brand things here ranging from purses, beauty to clothing!

The employee Edward has the worst customer service ever! It has made our shopping experience absolutely awful! we will not be back! We tried to return an item we were gifted from Christmas (a whiskey decanter) and Edward decided to be a total jerk about it "because he couldn't read the tag or find it in his system." We weren't asking for cash back but for an in store credit at least. Edward I hope you know because of your poor customer service we won't be back.

This location is probably one of the more organized/cleaner stores I've been in. The selection is nice, but not great. It's always a hit or miss when going here so if you're looking for something specific, in clothing especially? Don't get your hopes up. It's rare I go in her for a certain look and actually walk out with what I had in mind. However- you will get distracted by their prices on everything else in the store, so leaving entirely empty handed is likely not to happen. Lol
