“Karen absolutely saved the day for the move out to Colorado. We originally thought that uhaul was the place to rent from to save a few bucks only to be informed that the selected pick up location was changed at the last minute to an hour north of our selected pick up location. Needless to say I was infuriated. We called Penske and Karen went to bat for us at the last minute and got us a better truck at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Karen the move went thru without a hitch. That's what we call excellent customer service. ??”

“I've purchased two sleeper tractors from Lakeside International and they're great. Lakeside Dave AKA "David Clausen" was the sales representative for both trucks and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I bought my first truck there in 2021 and I'm still running it. I needed a second one and I contacted David and in less than a month I added another truck to my small fleet. I live in Massachusetts and I flew to Wisconsin to pick the truck up. The truck was inspected by their shop and gone through before my arrival. After I left, I had some minor issues with the truck but David answered my call in a reasonable time. David and his financial manager "Roger Meeker" jumped right in to it to remedy the problem. I definitely recommend this place and the people there. I'll be seen them for another truck in the future.”

“I'm pretty sure I meant to leave a review for them, but I left it for their storage instead. The vehicle was nice, the employees were kind and they have over night drop offs available. You might want to double check with Enterprise before finalizing anything though especially if you have a really long drive ahead of you.”
