This Uhaul store has always been there for me and from the looks of the tenant that rents #1441 they also seem to take quite the bruising without assigning blame that has not gone out of its way to being earned thank you to uhaul and its workers.

I rented a vehicle from U-Haul Menomonee falls. Later I received a call from that store asking if I can move the drop off to west allis. I said sure and I received some benefit from that. However after using the truck for its intended purpose. I dropped it off at west allis later to find out I was charged for some extra miles. I wouldn’t have been charged if I dropped it off at the menomonee falls location. The fact is I did both stores a favor and got charged for it. Next time I will tell U-Haul to get bent.

zero stars if i could. this place is horrible. missy the obnoxious manager needs to do us all a favor and quit! unit was filthy. we had to clean it. any thanks??? no. then they lied to us about the free month uhaul gave us. completely horrible place and horrid and disgusting manager! if you must use uhaul, avoid this location like the plague!

Absolutely horrible, scammers that run this place. Hung up on me after confronting them.Charged for a fuel charge when I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Truck was absolutely disgusting- had to spray with Febreze cause it smelled so bad. No rear view mirror or camera.

Run by horrible scammers. Do not rent a truck here unless you want to be charged an incorrect fuel charge, even if you return the truck with more gas than what it had when picked up. Had to call every day for a week to get an 'answer' and then be hung up on. Absolutely POS place with unsafe and stinky equipment.

Picked this as the closest location for a one way rental #92660273. UHaul changed my rental pick up to a 2nd location, and that one was terrible. The truck at this location didn't even have side miorrors, the truck was illegal to drive on the road, and they wouldn't let me rent any of their other vehicles. I had to cancel this rental. Called for a new rental #10457269 and of course no trucks were available close so had to call to get picked up and then call UHaul to schedule another truck rental. My one way had to be changed to a 48 hr. daily rental at another location returning the truck back to this 2nd location.This location was hard to find, & they only had one vehicle that had a tire with a slow leak. Had to stop 5 times in 24 hrs. and fill up the tire. This is the second time I have had rental problems with UHaul. The first time they changed my rental pick up location and time twice in 24 hrs. I had to drive 25 miles out of the way for the truck pick up. They said I would get a $25.00 credit on my account for the hassle, but they never added it to the account. I have one more rental this fall and if it is anything but perfect I will never use UHaul again.
