Had a great experience with Gina and Ximena. Gina did a great job helping me find my colors which I ALWAYS struggle with. Ximena was so sweet and helped entertain my infant so I could concentrate during my experience with Gina. They are both so sweet!

Nice clean store. Lots of products. But there wasn't anyone who helped us, like other Ulta stores we've been in and the line for checkout was long with only 1 cashier until a customer said something.

Staff appear to be unpleasant and racist! They do not speak and acknowledge their Black customers even when in close contact. But was observed say Hi to their white customer base.

I visited the store in July 24th. I was visiting from out of town. I received some of the best help from a young lady she was African American I can't remember her name but she was the sweetest most patience sales person I ever worked with. I returned to the store before I left town on the July 27th and was treated so rudely by all of the WHITE WOMEN . I was told you couldn't get samples of foundation when in fact on my last visit I received samples not only from the African American lady but a white one as well. The sales lady didn't believe me and I still had the samples on me and had to show her. The women were not knowledgeable about makeup when it came to women of color. The help I got was awful in every way. I will never recommend this location to anyone I know, in fact I'm going to let everyone I know that lives in that state not to go to this location. That's how bad my experience was. Alot now happened but it's too much to write. I really feel they were being racist...If I could give zero stars I world except for the good service I received on my first visit.

I walked into the store ready to buy some new foundation. The staff I was greeted by was incredibly rude. They were more concerned with the free giveaway than to ask what I was even shopping for. When I finally was able to speak and asked for someone to help me color match I was met with blank stares. The women behind the counter also looked so confused that I needed help being color matched in a makeup store. As I was turning to leave I noticed a women working in the Clinique area and asked her if she’d be willing to help me. Her name was Anne and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so personable and beyond knowledgeable. I ended up buying multiple products from her. I came into the store ready to buy bare minerals and left a happy new Clinique customer. Anne saved the day, the rest of the employees working should have been embarrassed by their lack of customer service skills and lack of knowledge on cosmetics.

What an amazing staff!
Amber the manager was amazing and helped me out with all my shopping needs and questions! She also helped me with picking out a perfume, and we all know how hard that is!
I will definitely be coming back to do my shopping here.

Customer service needs a lot of work! Bathroom was not clean and toilet was broken. Staff just stands around and talks to each other. I will not be returning to this location!
