This place is super friendly and accommodating. I don’t even dive but they fill a medical grade oxygen tank for me when I need it for a headache condition I have. Great staff. Can’t speak highly enough about this place!!!

The Underwater Connection staff in the store and on dive trips are second to none. They take the time to help newer divers and are more than willing to listen to questions. Hats off to Mike - top notch dive master, teacher and quickly responds to any of our needs.

I took their diving class on a Saturday and Sunday at age 68. Then I went to Cozumel for my 4 amazing deep water dives. Mike helped me buy my own gear when I got back here. Now 30 dives later, I'm 71 and absolutely love diving! Thank you all at Underwater Connection for answering my questions and teaching me what I needed to know.

If you want a stable, reliable place for lessons and equipment at fair prices, this is the place to go. I was certified with them about 40 years ago, and have gotten the service, products and advice from people who actually care this whole time. Buy your gear from a real dive shop, that can service and warranty the products from reputable manufacturers, not some Internet Chinese fly by night outfits. These are the people that will be there when you need the regular servicing of your gear.

My husband and I are both certified through UWC. We’ve purchased all of our essential gear and continue to enjoy the local Wednesday dives with their team.

By far the friendliest shop i have attended in Wisconsin. They whole staff is incredibly accommodating and very helpful with any questions i have asked. I also appreciate all the guidance they have given me when choosing my gear. They did not try to sell me the most expensive gear but rather what would be best for me and my needs. I dive with several shops in Wisconsin but decided to push my schooling all they way up to Master Scuba Diver, solely with this shop due to their experience and friendliness.

It has been a while since I have shopped at the store. I left the area several years ago. The staff and owners were very knowledgeable about general scuba knowledge, training and the equipment they sold and serviced. I trusted their opinion.

Mike and his team are awesome! They worked with our whole family to get us open water certified! The class was so great and gave me some more comfort and reassurance to dive! They continued to work with my youngest to become advanced open water certified! All of the instructors we got to meet were so great! Super knowledgeable and patient!
They made the whole experience super fun! I would recommend Underwater Connection for anyone looking to expand their skills or even just trying it out in the pool! (That’s where I started and loved it!) My youngest is super in to diving and will continue to take courses here!
