USPS please do better with hiring employees. The same lady I came here to complain about has several other negative reviews as well. Why is she still an employee? This lady is just outright rude for no reason and people are sick of dealing with her!

So, me and my husband own small online business who come to this office almost every day for shipping.
I came in with my daughter 5 y/o and brought my packaging materials and took priority boxes to make sure which will fit better. I finished packing with Amazon tape with my daughter 5 y/o and then she went back to car with my husband.
Everyone saw that I was with another person there. After I shipped, I started to pack up left overs and went to this African American lady, to get receipt. She scanned the USPS tape which I took from the table thinking my daughter brought in with her and I cleaned everything on the table, not to leave mess. She started accusing me of stealing the tape from the counter. I said I took from the table which I thought my daughter brought in. I even showed her my Amazon tape and said that is what I was using and I was just cleaning the table which I left boxes and tape and I thought that tape was my daughter's.
So, she argues with me that I used their tape and stole it. I told her that I had amazon tape and I was using my own tape, i took everything from the table, because I was trying to clean up. She says that tape in my hand was not paid, which was lie. I was so ashamed. I went to car and scolded my daughter of stealing the tape. But my daughter said she took that tape from our kitchen table trying to help me. So, lady basically took the USPS tape from me and scolded me of stealing their tape.
So, if you own the same type of products USPS owns, please do not bring them in. This African American lady who works on Saturdays will accuse you of stealing and will take your stuff from your hand.
And there is another guy - chubby Caucasian male who refuses to deliver our mail in our condo, by his preference.
There is a Turkish lady who is kind and very nice, and other Caucasian tall guy, I forgot his name is kind and polite and Amy - always polite and patient. Amy should always work there.

Fix your fricken website. You don’t do passport application walk-in’s so why does it say you do.
This is a terrible post office in general. Lazy lazy lazy.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment/location for many years and have generally had positive experiences with the employee staff at the desk who assist me with my package processing. However, there has been one individual staff/employee who is the exception. Today, I feel compelled to share my thoughts regarding this individual. Her name starts with D. and is an African American lady who wears glasses.
My multiple interactions with her have consistently been negative and quite distressing. Although I have previously chosen to overlook these experiences, as I consider myself a kind and understanding person who prefers to avoid conflict and extend grace to others, I can no longer remain silent, as i feel like I am being targeted specifically to her brutality.
I will refrain from detailing today's incident, as it mirrors my past experiences with her. As someone who is not well-versed in mailing packages, I depend on the expertise of the staff for guidance and support. Unfortunately, D. does not embody this helpfulness. She is unapproachable, unhelpful, and displays a discourteous demeanor, often making belittling comments that are quite hurtful.
I am submitting a formal complaint against her to the corporate office. I will continue to visit the post office, as I have had very positive interactions with the other staff members there; however, I will make an effort to avoid her if she is still there at the front desk.
Nonetheless, her attitude and behavior are unacceptable, and she should not be employed there.
