Doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Every single visit is horrible. One particular guy at the counter continuously harasses our employees when we send them for postal needs; condescending, rude, unprofessional. We are a local business but will be taking our postal business elsewhere, as we have made multiple complaints to no avail!

Today a large temu pkg was delivered. Who ever delivered to n89w13773 Bonnie ln today stuffed the pkg 1/2 in the mail box half out. Instead of running it to the house. Lucky I was home and saw.

ive gotten cancelled twice now for getting a passport. didnt even tell me before getting there. having 3 people take off work to meet their demands. now 5 people standing at the place can't say "yep your paperwork is filled out correctly. " this place is a joke.

We consistently get mail for the address one street over! I’m thinking other people are getting ours. Every day is a different mail person. Just signed up for Informed Delivery. To the person who received my planter box I hope you enjoy it!

I checked the mail today and the mailbox was empty. Later, I saw the Mail Man leaving our lot, so I went to check the mailbox again. Inside, I found a "sorry we missed you slip" And a package they had was not delivered. This is very unprofessional considering that our business was clearly open, the bay doors were wide open and multiple people have been at our facility since 7:30am this morning. The driver was obviously too lazy to get out of the vehicle to deliver a package that an employee has been waiting on for awhile now. This is not the first time that we received a slip saying they missed us. Each occasion people were here and available to accept a package. I've tried to call a few times and all I get is an automated system that wouldn't connect me with a person directly. Is customer service a thing of the past?? Or are we suppose to chase down the mail man every time we see them, just incase they have a package??

I never get my online packages delivered to me, and i just end up with a "No Secure Location" slip in my mailbox instead every single time. The people working here are clearly tired of seeing me walk in the door because of this, but won't find any way to resolve this issue. Super Disappointing.
