I have to give a one because there is an elderly bully woman who is one of the optician's and because I am short, 5 foot 1 she kept telling how short I am, while I was picking out new frames today. I asked her why are you doing this, and her response was I am short too. What was your purpose of bullying and being verbally abusive and belittling me, before Christmas, 2023. If you are unhappy with your life, do something about it, instead of taking your frustrations and belittling other people!!! It was a very upsetting experience, I did not come to the place to get bullied and verbally abused!!! I told her you are not my child!!! The old bitty told me that she retired after a number of years and she has been working again after a year and a half. She should had stayed retired. She was wearing a wedding ring, who would want her!!! I had someone with me, who witnessed all of this!!! My elderly mother passed away last year, she was million times more of a lady, that the old elderly bully woman bitty will ever be. I contacted Visionworks home office, as well!!! It is time to retire for good old elderly bully woman Karen!!! Pick on someone your own size and age and stop labeling and belittling people you do not know. I and my guest, did not belittle or were verbally abusive to you about your appearance!!! I do not even know you!!! I had the right as an adult woman to stick up myself, and stop a unhappy miserable old elderly bully woman in her tracks! She really needs to watch what she says and sick to professionalism with her clients and customers, and try to curb her diaherrea at the mouth otherwise someday she is going to rub a person or two the wrong way, and she will get bodily harmed!!! That will be her own problem.

Said they called to cancel my appointment, and left message, the only thing is going back 3 months on my phone I never received a call from them. I wont deal with young people like that ,that lie about appointments. The whole Staff seemed to have an attituron sron stacy

I can’t say enough positive about our experience . This was a first time visit for both my wife and I. Everyone at this location was courteous, helpful, and friendly throughout both our exams and our return for eyewear. After this first visit, we consider VisionWorks Menomonee Falls as our go-to provider.

Big change from my visit last year! New staff, very friendly and helpful. The Dr was friendly and informative. And the wait time was excellent, 10-15 mins.Very pleased with this visit!

From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness. Dr.Paul was fun, Haley was super kind and helpful and to finish out my amazing experience there Sheldon. All in all you can tell how well trained everyone is I will be back along with my entire family

Terrible experience! My job was to pay for my screening and glasses but yet Visionworks charged me for screening! Basically, I canceled an order because it TOOK them 3 WEEKS to call and say the personal glasses I was purchasing had been discontinued!! Wow! So I guess they still decided to rip me off for $35! NEVER AGAIN!!!

My appointment was at 11:20, its now 12:15 and I still haven't been seen. I came in and there were already 2 people waiting.Came to pick up glasses on Sunday, the only staffed employee was very helpful. Door is hard to push!

I could tell when I got there in the morning that the administrative staff was having a bad day, and then they started taking it out on me. Very unprofessional. I ended up walking out. Which is too bad, because I did like the eye doctor.

The person who checked me in and did my initial assessment shared personal and medical information of the patient before me. She also did not clean the equipment before or after my face was pressed against it. I am concerned this is standard practice. I shared this with Visionworks corporate with no response. I will go elsewhere in the future and recommend you do the same.Edit: Visionworks asked for more information through email immediately after I posted this review. I always email when a request like this is made. I assume companies do this to appear to care about rectifying situations. Anyway, Visionworks did not follow-up so I assume this is a case of them trying to present themselves as a decent company. Go somewhere else for your eye care needs.

I’ve been to numerous places for eye exams and was hesitant to pick a “chain” but wow was I blown Away. The front desk staff haily and Sheldon were super friendly. The technician was very nice and explained everything. Dr Paul was very good at explaining all parts of my exam, and even has a fantastic sense of humor. I will Definitely be returning. this location also has a very wide selection of frames to choose from, and a fancy machine that scans your eyes so you don’t have to get the dilating drops. So worth it. Come to this location.

The front desk staff does not listen. I gave Sheldon my insurance info over the phone. After telling him what I have, he decided to call it something else. He put the wrong insurance info on my file. when I got there for my exam, I found out they do not take my insurance. I left without getting the exam because if they do not take my insurance for an exam, they do not take it for glasses and lenses. The woman who checked me in (did not tell me her name), tried to tell me her negative experience about the apartment building I live in. Would not go back even if I had different insurance.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment. Thank you to Sheldon for taking a lot of time to help with a billing issue. We will definitely be coming back!
