I sat behind one car in the drive thru for 15 mins. When I finally pulled up to the window, no one was there. Hello? Anyone? After about 5 minutes, I called them on the phone. An employee answered and said I had to touch the call button below the window because they were understaffed. I saw the small button (no sign saying to push it) and someone finally came.

I shop at this Walgreen's 2nd shift and the staff always greet me and are very helpful. Great manager too!

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Between not having a vaccine I called ahead to confirm was in stock, to waiting almost 3 hours for 10 pills to be filled, we'll be taking all our future business to Aurora Pharmacy. Plus the prices and prescription availability is much better there. What happened to this location and Walgreens in general. Every time theres an excuse but never any accountability. Sad since this location is 3 minutes away. Any negative reviews for this location I have no doubt are true and accurate. Proud to say my family are no longer Walgreens customers...

I'm stage IV cancer, and I'm in world of pain, so doc ordered pain med. They said they were out of that and they had to order it. They said it would be in in two days!! Seriously?!?

Pharmacist breaks are inconsistent with posted hours. Two days in a row, I'm here at a time when he's supposed to be working but am told he's on break. Take breaks during the posted time.

I scheduled an appointment for a Covid vaccine at 345. It is 422 and I’m still waiting along with 5 other people. I understand they are busy, but this is NOT acceptable.

The pharmacist is ancient and doesn’t understand technology. So he will talk to you like you are the stupid one instead of admitting his system is incorrect. It’s okay to fire people and hire younger pharmacists Walgreens do better.

I have had numerous experiences of poor customer service from the pharmacy at this location. I am actually going to drive further to a different Walgreens because I can’t do it anymore. I had an increase in dosage of a medication for the pharmacy clerk to hand me BOTH doses and then when I told her moments later, she proceeded to yell at me, that I should tell her what I’m picking up. This is a blonde women, pharmacy tech, who is always VERY RUDE!!! I know her voice, when I’ve called. If they don’t have a medication, you receive no call, no text and they tell you to call around to find it! She should not be working with people!!!There was a pharmacy tech and male pharmacist who I have spoke with that were pleasant and helpful on a week-end.
