Hailey at photo check out was SO helpful! I needed to reprint specific photos multiple times to fit them in odd shaped photo ornaments and she would instantly reprint for me until I got the perfect fit for each one. She was extremely attentive and made my photo headache so much easier.

I was going here to grab some stuff for a stomach issue I’m having. I’m checking out, at the self checkout. Another older gentlemen is also checking out. He asks if the self check takes cash, which he was older so he may not have read it by accident, he was very kind. The lady at the checkout told him “no it doesn’t take cash there’s a sign right there!” In a rude voice to him, her attitude from there was rude, especially when she was checking him out at the register. I was grabbing my receipt trying to rip it off the machine because it was stuck and just not coming out, she said I need to be gentle…I’ve worked in retail 3+ years I think I know when a receipt machine isn’t working properly and it gets stuck. No big deal. I told her as I left, her attitude sucked. If you’re going to be rude, work somewhere else where you get the taste of ur own medicine, and not in public places, if you cannot control how you treat others! Thanks Walgreens.

Voicemails and emails said my prescription was ready and had two weeks to pick it up. So two days before that date I went to pickup and they said it is out of stock. Wegovy is high in demand if I had to guess they gave my Wegovy to someone else since I didn't pick it up right away despite voicemails saying I have 2 weeks. This Walgreens seems kind of shady and wouldn't be surprised despite already waiting 3 weeks for next dosage wegovy to be ready, that they play games with who gets the Wegovy they get in stock.

Great place for vaccines. Easy to make appointments online. Pharmacist and pharmacy staff were very nice. Would recommend!

I had a problem getting my pet's specialty med filled on time, and the tech and pharmacist (forgot their names) were very kind and did all they could to help come up with a resolution. Really appreciated their time! To their customers, remember, pharmacies are short-staffed, be nice! :)

The pharmacist was avoiding customers… then rolled her eyes when she was asked a question by a customer. Very rude, and slow service. The pharmacist clearly was avoiding having to interact with any customers for questions.

The elderly white haired gentlemen who is a pharmacy tech needs to retire. He can’t hear, is as slow as molasses, & messes up everything he touches. He’s nice & apologizes but that doesn’t help when you just need your meds filled & to go about your jam packed day. He made me late for work a few days ago having to sit down and wait for his mistakes to be corrected and today turned a simple refill into an 45 minute task. The petite pharmacist of asian decent openly & inappropriately gossiped about her employees personal lives while a handful of customers were waiting at the window trying to get out of there. Don’t come here, it’s a joke.

Ordered a prescription refill 2 weeks ago and it was cancelled without notifying me. I called 2 days later and the pharmacist said he would get it started and it would be ready the next day by 1PM. 2 days later after hearing nothing I called again and the same pharmacist said no one had started it yet but he would start it and have it ready the next day by 1PM. The weekend passed and I hear nothing. I call on Monday and a new pharmacist says that it’s been cancelling repeatedly because my insurance doesn’t cover it. I have my doctor put in a substitute that is covered. I get 2 text messages and 2 voicemails over the last 2 days that the new order is ready for pickup. I go in today to pick it up and no one has started it and they need more time to fill it.

Pharmacist was not helpful on instructing how medication should be used. Just kept getting told to read the what was written on the medication. It was eye ointment and I was not sure how to apply it to his eye

The pharmacy has inexperienced pharmacists that don’t know any alternative medications when needed due to very high pricing for medications you need to survive. My mother just got out of the hospital from heart surgery and found out the medication is $500 per month! They don’t assist with coupons, are very insensitive and not knowledgeable. I would recommend not going to ANY Walgreens including the Menomonee falls location for your healthcare needs, and when Froedtert pharmacy is closed on a Sunday, just do without the meds you need to survive until the following day.

The store part is good. Always comes in handy for quick stops. However-the pharmacy is not with it lately. The people are friendly and work with you, but the store as a whole, seems to have problems keeping a few of my prescriptions stocked. One of them being an addictive medication and I became ill from not having it for so long. Apparently Walgreens forgot to tell me that my medication was back ordered almost 2 months. Finally after 4 days of withdrawal, I had to switch to CVS in order to get those meds in a timely fashion.
