About WM - Germantown, WI
WM - Germantown, WI provides generally good and reliable waste management service. Over many years, customers describe the service as very reliable, efficient, and predictable. The company is noted as the easiest to work with compared to others, with friendly and helpful office staff who communicate proactively about delays. Drivers are typically careful and considerate.
However, some recurring issues are noted. Recycle bin pickups are frequently delayed by a day or two, leaving bins out. Some drivers do not return dumpsters to their marked spaces in tight lots, requiring customers to move them. There have also been significant account errors for long-term customers, including removed bins, lengthy delays in returning them, and incorrect charges for contamination. Additionally, many feel service rates have climbed significantly beyond typical inflation.
Overall, WM offers efficient and predictable service with good communication, though pickup delays, occasional driver oversights, and billing or account problems are noted frustrations.

All I can say is that you are doing darn good. all drained as road construction that we’ve had through the summer, you have picked up very early in the morning before the roadwork really got started and we’re able to clear our garbage cans Away before they start at work. That was great thank you
