Customer service sucks here waited in line for a worker to come to the register so I could pay cash and three workers would rather stand in the corner talking instead of helping the customers out. Then I went to the self check and they don’t accept cash this is ridiculous!

I love Aldi but this one NEEDS more than one person working on each shift. every time I'm there, I only see one worker at the register. self-checkout is great but god forbid something goes wrong and you need help from the ONE employee working and they're busy ringing up customers. I was there for SO LONG with a very fussy toddler, waiting for help with an item that was supposed to be discounted upon scanning. HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR PUT MORE THAN ONE PERSON ON A SHIFT. I always feel so bad for the one person working. that's really gotta suck.
