Not the most organized pharmacy because of the interns but they are lovely people! I have a prescription that costs me 140$ a month usually and I got a 3 month supply for 44$ thanks to one of the lovely interns! Kind people!

Cvs is trash. I have been struggling for near 4 days now to get my life saving medications transfered to where I now live. I cannot drive or do anything alone. the woman working at the menomonie wi cvs is a literal c^nt. Walgreens and the hospital have been struggling for days to get them to transfer my medications to Walgreens. I got the hospital to do the transfer to Walgreens and as they were about to fill my meds cvs had transfered my most expensive and important medications back to them almost 40 minutes away from where I'm located and I have no way to get them. 4 days without medication and I've had multiple seizures because of it. I will make sure that everyone I know avoids cvs and does not support this sh!t money hungry chain. If I could I would sue for the literal loss of brain cells caused be all the seizures. F^CK CVS!!!!

The pharmacy is the worst. My wife calls in our prescriptions and they say they'll be ready at noon. I come in at 210pm and it's not even ready. This place is a crap show. Go somewhere else like medicine shoppe.

Pharmacist Andrew struggled badly with the software. 4 days prior my dentist prescribed 8 tablets for acetaminophen with codeine. Long wait to even get someone in pharmacy to even talk to me. 4 days later I had a dry socket which required stitches. Dentist prescribed 5 more tablets. Pharmacist Andrew seemed to question that. He said you just had this prescription a few days ago. I said yes. It was for 8 tablets now I need 5 more tablets. Never have I experienced this behavior from a pharmacist. He is a very nervous type pharmacist perhaps not very experienced. He said he would call me when prescription was ready. It had been ready and he never called me. I sat in a chair and waited quite a while. Got up waited in line a long while. Got to cashier and I said I will never be back to this pharmacy. The cashier, Bennett said "good". I told him I will be speaking to someone about how I was treated. Will try to reach district manager because I am assuming that type of disrespect to a customer might be present in the manager as well.
