My daughter called CVS in Menomonie to check if they had crutches in stock. Anthony answered, confirmed their availability, and, given that it was nearly 9 PM, we headed straight to the store.
As we walked in, my daughter hopping beside me on her one good foot Anthony immediately acknowledged us and directed us to the register. He quickly brought the crutches over and even offered to grab pads for them, which we declined. Without hesitation, he opened the box and adjusted the crutches to fit my daughter before I even had to pay, ensuring she wasn’t left struggling to stabilize herself on a counter or nearby rack.
His thoughtfulness and efficiency made an already stressful situation much easier. He also took the time to explain how much I could save by signing up for the rewards program, which was greatly appreciated.
Although CVS isn’t the closest pharmacy to my home, this experience has made it our first choice moving forward. It's a wonderful reminder that small gestures can make a big difference. Thank you, Anthony, for your outstanding service!

They tried charging my husband 186.oo dollars for 2 prescriptions that don't cost more than 15 to 20 dollars each!

You are unable to directly call the pharmacy and instead have to leave a voicemail with your fingers crossed that someone will call you back.

Every cvs I have ever been to has never once messed up my prescription. They always get it right. Walgreens is an absolute nightmare. I’m so happy they put a cvs in Menomonie!

Absolutely rude. Simply requesting to have a prescription transferred from another clinic. Refused to find the phone number and said I can just buy OTC instead. Offered no help to solve the issue.

Great staff, easy to use pharmacy app, and takes most insurance. Sometimes you can wait 20+ minutes for someone to pick up the phone, but that's a lot of pharmacies these days. The only thing I don't like is they seem to never have Vyvanse in stock, but that's not their fault. Blame the DEA and their restrictive processing of controlled substances. There's a stimulant medication shortage in the United States which is impacting millions of people. Have to call around to different pharmacies every month which is quite annoying.

pharmacist was terribly rude when I called, maybe he was just having a bad day but don’t take it out on me for asking you to do your job that you filled out the application for.

Not the most organized pharmacy because of the interns but they are lovely people! I have a prescription that costs me 140$ a month usually and I got a 3 month supply for 44$ thanks to one of the lovely interns! Kind people!

There’s always something wrong when I try to pick up my prescription. Not only that but the pharmacy staff doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing and they do not give good customer service. If you’re looking for a pharmacy to pick up medications at, please do not choose CVS, they really don’t know what they’re talking about.
