They absolutely butchered my taxes. I cannot express in polite terms the level of incompetence and the lack of professionalism that I encountered. 4 large mistakes were made that would not have been caught, had I not done my own research. I was told that they would get around to looking at it after tax season. I decided to go somewhere else, instead of waiting for them to _maybe_ fix the issue.It turns out that the mistakes that were made resulted in my refund being about half of what it should have been. I won't mention dollar amounts, but I could have bought a pretty decent used car with the money that Dunn County Tax Service almost lost me.They obviously offered to try to fix the mistake, but my "tax professional" was pretty argumentative about it, and I felt like it would be very stupid on my part to trust them further with my finances. Unfortunately, I trusted this company for two years, so I'm having to go back and have 2021 re-done as well, as I believe they missed some fairly sizeable deductions there, too.
