Govin's Farm, located just east of Menomonie, WI, is a popular family-friendly farm that offers a variety of seasonal activities and events. Owned by John and Julie Govin, the farm is dedicated to sharing their love of farming with the community. Visitors can enjoy holding and seeing baby animals during the spring's Lambing Barn and Farm Babies event, which is a favorite spring tradition. In summer, the farm features strawberry picking, with both u-pick and pre-picked options available from mid-June to early July. Fall brings a variety of fun activities, including an 11-acre corn maze, pumpkin picking, and a haunted trail, making it a great place for family outings. The farm is known for its friendly staff, especially the owner who is always available to answer questions. While some find the food and additional activity costs a bit steep, many visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere and engaging experiences. The farm also hosts the best haunted corn maze, providing exciting and heart-pumping fun for thrill-seekers. Overall, Govin's Farm is a welcoming spot for families seeking outdoor activities and seasonal entertainment.
Best place too take the kids in spring time. Lots of learning and smiles from attendee's and staff alike. 10/10 would go again just to see my daughters' and sons' face as they held a baby chick

The farm animals in spring is such a fun event. It is a bit pricey though. We spent around $40 for two adults and a child. Thankfully the baby was free. We also enjoy coming here to pick strawberries and in fall for other events.
