This Kwik Trip on South Broadway St sucks. They are always sold out of everything. Their hotspot is always empty anytime of day that you go in. Fountain drinks and smoothies are constantly out of order. Workers are crabby. Avoid this one at all costs and go to one of the other two in town for a better experience. This store does not live up to the Kwik Trip name.

Do yourself a favor and go to literally any of the other KTs in Menomonie. Everyone here is so unpleasant. I'm not expecting to be smiled and greeted friendly every place I go every time but damn, the people working here must be having a competition to see who can be the most unpleasant and abrasive to customers. Consistently.
It's got all the kwik trip things you expect, minus the people who don't make you feel bad just for walking in and patronizing the business. And that's one of the things that i go to kwik trip for in the first place rather than the other plethora of convenience store options around.
Go to a different kwik trip. The rest in town are great.

Employee named Garrett gives me the creeps. Everytime i walk into that store i get stared down like im a criminal. When he checks me out he has an emotionless face and says nothing at all. I won’t be going to this kwik trip no more

I went to my local Menomonie Kwik Trip today specifically for the 8pc bone in chicken special. Upon arriving there was none available and was told that it would be a 30min wait for fresh product. I was a Chef in the food service industry for nearly 40yrs. I know that it doesn't take 30min to make chicken. (Especially since this locations kitchen equipment was very recently upgraded.) When I was approached by the person, evidently in charge. I was told that Door Dash orders take president over the needs of the product available for walk-in customers. Seems ludicrous to me to give online orders priority over customers looking for the convenience of a Kwik Trip. I only gave the 3 star review, Thanks to the staff member that made certain that my frustration was addressed and personally handed me the hottest, freshest, best Kwik Trip chicken I've ever had. Thanks for the great customer service.

The last 2x I've picked up or made iced coffee, doesn't taste like it should. We had to add coffee creamer in order for it to taste not so bitter.

I love Kwik Trip and this one is no exception. Great place to get food near campus. They love to hire Stout students. Occasionally would come through for the late night bite after being uptown. Kwik Trip has saved my life more times than not. Occasionally a person can get a little entertainment in the parking lot if some rowdy folks come in around 2:15AM.
