I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the behavior of the manager at your location.
My truck broke down near the station, and I waited until 8:00 AM for the shop to open so I could receive assistance with the repairs.
However, starting as early as 6:00 AM, the manager began banging on my truck and yelling at me, threatening to call 911.
This behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
We have been loyal customers of Love’s for many years and have consistently chosen your stations because of the service and reliability.
This experience has severely damaged our trust and confidence in your company.
I expect this incident to be investigated, and I request a response regarding the actions that will be taken to address this misconduct

Terrible service AVOID AT ALL COSTS the lady at the coffee station didn’t know how to change half and half creamer it took ten minutes for her to get some one else to do it and not to mention all the dust and flys in the hotdog section there has to be like a 100 health code violations also I bought a pack of ice brakers mints they wanted 5$ for them when like 2 days ago I bought some at speedway and they cost 3$ overall very mean and unprofessional staff and when I went to check it took another 20 mins for her to delete the mints from the register. Oh yeah and not to Motion they charge 1 $ per cups so don’t even bother getting coffee

Called road side assistance and truck care sent out some guy forgot his name but I think it’s Micheal he worked really fast and hard running around the truck no slacking I’m not sure if they time they’re mechanics but he was fast very helpful profesional & kind . even offered to buy him a drink and food and he refused thank you for saving me out there today really helpful !

Love's is usually my go to truck stop. Disappointed this am with a moldy shoeer ceiling and a toilet that was used and not flushed before I got in.

Its the majority of the employees that make this place completely awful. Its too bad because I love Love's! The selection and the bathrooms cant be beat. The manager is just a hateful woman who is rude to everyone including the employees. Today I had an encounter with Jolene, who was every bit as hostile and rude as the manager. She hates her job and hates everyone and that is crystal clear. There is ONE cashier, am older woman, who treats customers as though they are valued and she is as sweet as pie. I have witnessed the manager and other employees be so nasty and rude to this elderly lady. I actually pray for her, though I don't know her name. Evil obviously hates the light. I feel for her having to endure such a hostile work environment. I've seen them be straight up abusive to her more than once. I wish I had a job to offer that woman.

Disappointing experience at this
Love's truck stop.
I sent a document to their email to print, but the female manager treated me poorly. After hearing my name, she became rude and kicked me out without explanation. Unprofessional and unacceptable service, especially given the claim of being a welcoming truck stop. Won't be returning.

Nice and clean location. Decent amount of truck parking seems to be a lot creative parking over here. They got to shop some friendly staff. Storage clean on the inside and outside. Showers were nice and hot with good water flow. Friendly staff would stop here again.

We stop to dump the RV. It's says they ALL have RV dumpsites. We'll this 1 DOES NOT!! WASTE of time!! There is a Hardee's attached to it. Got food got on the road. Food was still raw!!!

Been driving cross country in the sex dungeon for 7 years, Loves is the truck stop of choice to grab a shower and coffee before I hit the hwy with scraps and review more Google favorites. I love my job, Pilates and Paula 😍😍😍
