Been here for many years, ever since the new lady took over a few years ago, my calls and messages go unanswered, never receive any reaponse whatsoever. Price has gone up too much, moving to a nearby place for nearly half the price.

The facility is nice enough, but don’t plan on moving any of your belongings out into a POD or UBOX in the winter months. They don’t tell you on the lease, but they prohibit having a POD or UBOX on site in winter. They also don’t return your security deposit timely or maybe at all (still waiting for mine after vacating unit 12/28) and once you’re out, they don’t reply to emails at all.

Great secure storage facility. The owner is prompt to return and communication requests, payments can be done online, the facility is clean, not much more you can ask for in a storage space.

I opened up my storage unit around January 2013 and have it ever since I love this place the prices are excellent they've only gone up one time since I started renting from them they beat everybody else around very safe very secure and very well-managed thank you
