This was my first time using the Mequon Aurora pharmacy. Before picking up my prescription, I observe the young woman behind the counter being extra kind toward an elderly patient. When I complimented her on her manner, she told me that she treats others with the kindness and respect they deserve. What a refreshing and beautiful manner. Aurora- you are lucky to have her!

Best thing I ever did was switch all my scripts to Aurora. Fast and easy to order and pick up. Never been in a line always treated so kindly.

I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They fill a high volume of prescriptions at this location, and they provide excellent service.

The pharmacy closes at 6 but the building is locked up at 5. I had to return because there was an issue with my prescription & no one told me the doors would be locked. Another time, u received an email my prescription was ready. I left work early to pick it up only to find out they had canceled it & never contacted me. They waste your valuable time and have no drive thru.

Exceptional pharmacy! Just like your old neighborhood pharmacy (except no greeting cards or water fountain :)) Ashley takes the time to make sure I thoroughly understand how to take the medication and answer any questions. She's friendly and remembers me when I walk in. Thank-you! This is our trusted family pharmacy.

Liz couldn’t have been more condescending from the moment I walked in the door for the first time filling a prescription at Aurora Pharmacy. What a disappointment. On the upside, the Pharmacist couldn’t have been nicer.
