We moved in May of 2021. We had all of our items stored at Bluemound Express for about 5 weeks. Moved to our new place end of June 2021. The truck loaded with our items was outside overnight, the roof leaked and some of our stuff was wet. Not ruined but wetOver the next year and a half we began to notice things missing, especially items we had stored in our basement. Some of the items were irreplaceable. Not valuable. Items made by my dad. Contacted BE by email a number of times. Thought there may be a lost and found. No reply. Snail mailed Rick Vanderboom. No response.I realized this was a long shot but some sort of reply would have been nice.Wouldn't go back

This was the first time I've used movers and Jack and Dana were incredible! They were professional, efficient, and friendly. They even help with some loose ends to make the move easier and less stressful for us. I can't say enough good things about Bluemound Express, besides I highly recommend.

Lost a lamp shade, Face of file cabinets were scratched. Screwed a drawer shut in an attempt to fix a piece that came loose and didn't say anything. Custom picture frame scratched needing a professional, artistic refinisher. They do not take responsibility. One of the three movers was very argumentative and confrontational. Did not want to hear your concerns. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVER.

Bluemound p Express was wonderful. It took longer than I expected and cost more than I expected, but some of my furniture was oversized and they too ka long time to move up without wrecking the walls. Zach and Anthony were excellent. All furniture was wrapped and nothing was broken. The guys were polite, considerate and fun to work with. I would happily use Bluemound Express again.

Scratched our couches. Called several times. Nobody returned my calls. Wouldn't pay for damages. Would not use this company.

Overall happy, except for it felt like the moving crew rushed near the end and it showed. Think twice about moving on a Friday I guess.

On time, accurate quote. Marcus and Rich were amazing! They hauled butt and got it done. Everything arrived in great condition and the clothing wardrobes made things so much easier!

I've had to hire movers a half dozen times over the past 20 years, and hands down the most insulting experience I ever had was with Bluemound Express. The 2-man crew was nice enough, but only one had any training. The other damaged a wall. The management back at the office tried to play run out the clock in coming over to fix the damage. They also attempted to overcharge me. The office manager actually claimed he was "mediator" between his crew and me as opposed to being their employer. They were nice up front, and then -- once they have the booking -- it all changed. They showed up an hour after the window, and when I called to check on their status, the response I got was "Don't worry, honey, they're on their way."

they are amazing !!! they moved my mom out in one morning. padded wrapped every crazy heavy piece of furniture !!!! they were polite,on time, listened and made it so easy !!! Matt was an absolute blessing “worth there weight in gold “ thank you guys !!!!

We had Bluemound Express move furniture for us. It was a straightforward local move. We have had very good experiences with movers over the years and have moved long distance several times, so this review may seem overly picky, but we had high expectations of this company based on previous experience with them. Pros: 1) Nothing was broken or stolen. Movers standard insurance is a joke, so that should be a given when selecting a moving company. 2) The crew did work steadily with few breaks. Other reviews have mentioned frequent smoking breaks; we did not experience that. 3) Cons: 1) We had some very finely finished pieces that show even minor damage. The manager assured us that these would be handled with special care and we also pointed out those pieces to the crew. The pieces were not wrapped differently than any other furniture and now they have numerous scuffs and blemishes that will require restoration. We moved those pieces cross country with less damage than we saw moving them locally. The company has a better insurance policy available, but this was not mentioned to us until we closed. Recommend that if you want to protect something, bubble wrap it first or at least put painters tape around the base or legs to mitigate damage. Inspect the bases and legs of everything before you sign off. 2) They did not wrap everything inside the house as they claim on the website. Some pieces were loaded on to the truck, then wrapped. 3) Floor protection is not included in the cost and was also never mentioned prior to the move. It is an option at 60.00. We've never had a mover that didn't protect floors as part of the cost. The movers slid a large appliance through the kitchen even though it could have been moved out another way and put visible scratches in the hardwood floor. We need to move another property with some items that need special handling. We will be looking into other movers.

We were extremely pleased with the work ethic, careful handling of our belongings, and the timeliness with which the employees of blue mound express moving worked for us. We would highly recommend them. They were also very cost-effective!

We had two moving trucks and 4 guys and they were very personable and professional and got our solid wood heavy furniture moved with ease!!! We also had a ton of packed boxes in the basement along with a circuit weight system that they had to bring upstairs which was very heavy and challenging!! But they got every piece moved smoothly!! Great job!!

They did come and gotten my family all moved out of the old place and into the new place. My only grip was that the younger worker left a box of frozen food on the love seat and we didn't discover it until 3 day later!! We had to toss the food out, it was all thawed out!!! Very disappointing!!!

Don't do it run to a moving company with a sense of integrity!! One of the drivers smelled of alcohol. A significant amount of my items was missing. I was told that per the contract they are not responsible for missing or lost items. The contract is not mentioned or provided until you are presented with the bill. Of course you don't know if anything is missing until you have completed your unpacking and they are long gone. Totally a shady operation!!!! DONT DO IT RUN!!!!
