Since there seem to be some skewed reviews here .... My first experience with this company was today. I needed parts for a medium sized building that had need for discontinued parts. The service detail and cost all lend themselves to my driving by many competitors to return again and again.It certainly appears that reasonable expectations are in order. I believe this out of the way stop has saved me hundreds of dollars and a dozen hours with less helpful more expensive competitors. It should also be noted that True Value Hardware on Washinton in Cedarburg made the referal to this business. To that young man I owe a debt of gratitude. There is always room for a first rate referal that solves a problem.You both have a slice that may have gone to bloated big box competitors due to your reasonably calculating the cost of a solution gone good.Thanks i look forward to seeing more of you in the future!

Called on Monday morning, they had availability that afternoon! About 2 hours later, I get a call that they are on their way!!Installer was just amazing, he was familiar with our basement layout, did an excellent installation, even made a trip back to the office to get the drip pan we wanted (to prevent the wet carpet again). Jovial, friendly and did great work! Boehlke is our go to plumbing provider.Service: Water heater installation

I needed very specific plumbing hardware that no large retailer carried at their physical stores. This shop was my last hope and upon first glance seemed very small. However, you find out very quickly that it is actually quite large inside and harbors both a backroom and a basement also filled with products. The owner was very knowledgeable and moved fast to accommodate my needs. I felt bad because I was taking up all of her time but understood she was just trying to provide stellar service, which she did. I was able to rig up my mother's sophisticated water filter system to the house main without any leakage because of her expertise. I'll just say that I'll be doing the vast majority of my home repair/etc shopping there from hereon. Thank you Boehlke Hardware & Plumbing!
