Abraham was incredibly helpful in retrieving all the files from my laptop after my children spilled water all over it. I brought in a new laptop and he had it all set up and looking just like my other computer as if nothing ever even happened to the old one. He was patient, knowledgeable, and resourceful. In addition he was very fast in addressing the problems and getting me back up and running so that I could get back to work. I’ll be back with another laptop I’ve been holding on to for years waiting to find someone experienced and trustworthy enough to pull files off my 15 year old laptop that has the skills to get me those sentimental files.

Great service! Abraham really knows computer stuff. If you have a complex multi faceted problem, Abraham is the guy to solve it for you. Extensive knowledge of computers and Outlook email. He was able to set up my email, he migrated, saved and combined old messages from several accounts. Preserved and cleaned all my contacts. I have contacted 3 computer shops nobody did it right. Abraham listened to me carefully and fixed the system exactly as I wanted. Thank you!!!

Good honest guy over here. Asked to replace a battery on a 2015 MacBook Pro. He had the experience of doing many of these himself, enough to caution me against this due to issues he’s seen post replacement (battery is glued in, and internal battery chips mean replacement batteries often won’t function optimally or at all). Thanks for the knowledge and honesty, now I don’t have to waste my money or time… or risk permanently bricking my computer ?

Was in a bind with my work laptop crashing on me, Abraham was able to get it fixed right away. He also gave me some needed knowledge on how to prevent the problem from happening again. 10/10 will be taking any other work laptops to him for fixing. Very affordable as well.

Sal replaced the battery in my Lenovo laptop and was very conscientious in taking care of the issue. There was a minor problem that occurred after the repair which he addressed very quickly and efficiently. He kept me posted via text on the repair and was very reliable in getting my machine back to me. He even cleaned it (which it really needed) and gave me some tips on how to get the best use out of a new battery. I'd go back to him again if I need help in the future.

Don’t make the same mistake I did and take your computer to Best Buy for repair. Go straight to North Shore, this guy knows what he’s doing, charges fair prices and will have your computer up and running ASAP.

This was my first time using this company and it has been a wonderful experience. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, and Abraham was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. The best part is that he really knew what he was doing and we was able to fix our computer issues very easily. He also took the time to give me the explanations of why things went wrong and how he was going to fix them. I also have the assurance that now that I have established a relationship with Abraham, I can get remote help when needed. Just the peace of mind I needed. I recommend this business highly!
