I've recently lost over 50 lbs & can shop anywhere since I'm down to a ladies M. After lunch with a friend at 1505 I came in & instantly spotted the white sweater with the flag on it. I had a similar sweater 20+ years ago & was so happy to find this. I held up a medium to verify size. I never even looked at the price. I would have paid almost anything. I have amazing memories from the time I previously had a sweater like that. I spotted at least 4 employees while I strolled around the store at 1:10 today. Not only could I not get a greeting. The ladies looked away as they approached me!! Not that it should matter, but I was dressed in cute capries, a nice top & a fresh blowout. I made my way to the back of the store, stopping at different displays to look. Walked back to the front of the store prepared to get both the white & navy sweater with the flag. I got back to tge sweaters & still had not gotten a greeting. I wanted those sweaters so bad. I finally looked at the tag & was happy to see they were only $89 & they were 20 or 25% off. I mentally said to myself, I'll walk around this table slowly, if no one can say hello or smile I'm going to leave without purchasing. Guess what. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE COULD ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Now I'm home & searching online for a similar sweater. How very sad you lost a $125 + sale because no one could look my way, smile or say hello. Please look at your security footage & see how many employees I passed. Based on other reviews this happens to other customers too. The only positive thing I can say is, having that sweater displayed really made my day with the memories it brought back.

Wow I must say WOW and NO it's not for tue merchandise they have at the store but WOW I just walked through their store spent over 30 minutes browsing and NOT once did any of the sales team even acknowledge me...even when there were only 2 people in the store. It took all of my will power not to buy the items I wanted (as they were perfect for me) all because of being ignored (one of the team members looked right at me an NEVER said a word ... actually her facial expression was less inviting directly at me). Again just WOW!

I stopped into Faye’s, Mequon today. What a tragic error on my part. I was in such a good mood, excited to spend money on other people for Christmas. There were 3 women working and they clearly didn’t have holiday joy for me!! Sneering glares. Looking me over. Not saying a word. Just making me feel uncomfortable and annoyed at my presence.In this day and age of living in a recession, stores and restaurants closing down, one after another, lacked humility. Lacked common decency to someone who wanted to shop local and keep them employed.You can sell the most beautiful things but if you’re ugly to people….. it doesn’t matter what you’re selling. Happy Holidays.

Walked in Faye’s to look for a dress. Both clerks were on their phones, glanced up, and went back to being on their phones. No welcome, and zero offer for help.

A go-to for fake designer jewelry. But if can't tell or don't care they will happily downgrade your money for pretty little lies. I think of this place as high priced boutique flee market.

I went to Faye’s in Mequon, WI for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. Such a great store. Fun, beautiful, classic and trendy clothing and jewelry for all ages. Amazing customer service. Felt like I mattered. No snobby factor at all.

I called twice to see if they had a particular item - one that is show on the FB page. The first time I called, I was told they don’t have that item, “it’s just a representation of an item they may have. Give me your cell phone number and I’ll text you pictures of similar items.” That was a week ago. I called yesterday and was given an employee’s cell phone number. She told me to text her a picture of the item I was looking for, my size and name and she’d send me some photos of items they have. Guess what - I’ve heard nothing. Very disappointed.

Not From Mequon but if you put up a sign that says support local businesses ( and I very much do) leave your doors open. Couldn't find my way in. Door says use Mall entrance. I drove around complex twice but couldn't find a "Mall Entrance" . Called store asked for directions they said use mall entrance. Drove around again and then gave up. Ever watch the movie Pretty Woman? I had birthday money to spend. BIG MISTAKE

I have had a couple wonderful experiences at Faye’s in the last few months. I worked with Angie and she really helped me update my wardrobe with some classic pieces as well as a few fun ones. I really liked that she listened to me and found things that fit my likes, figure, and wallet. Her positive attitude is infectious. I highly recommend stopping into Faye’s. They have something new every week.
