I had such a wonderful experience from the second I walked in until I left! Jade was absolutely phenomenal! I got a facial and a lash tint. Her space is so clean and cozy, and she did such a great job making sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing! And she’s so incredibly kind. I can’t wait to go back!!

I had Becky for a shellac appointment and was disappointed with her cuticle care. The design was great and she was very friendly, but she cut way too far back on my cuticles and caused pain and bleeding on most of my fingers. They look torn up and are still very red and painful today. I understand she's recently graduated so of course I'll cut her slack for being new, but it might be a good idea to focus on practicing more when it comes to cuticles. (She told me I must have sensitive cuticles, but I've had my nails done here at Impressions several times over the years and I've never had an issue like this)
She's great at doing nails in all other respects though, I really liked the care and effort she put into the design!

I don’t have enough good things to say about my experiences at Impressions. I’ve been going to Mandy for about a year and a half now after having to find a new hair stylist. I have tricky hair (fine, thick, naturally crazy/curly). Not only does Mandy get the texture of my hair, but she is excellent when working with color.
On top of being amazing at what she does professionally, she’s just an amazing human being. I wish I needed to get my hair done way more often than I need to.
Also, so many cute earrings and sunglasses and wardrobe pieces to snoop through at the front of shop.
