“During my recent visit to the Menomonee Falls, UPS Store… I was greeted with such a warm and engaging welcome… Followed by the most professional and spot on service!
Team members Andries & Jenny went out of their way to handle and facilitate a special request… Resulting in… Exceeding all expectations 😊
Outstanding Was the word of our day!”
“Not sure where the bad ratings are coming from; the people there have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly and I've rarely had to wait around to get taken care of, and I'm practically a walking, human AMAZON RETURN-TURNSTYLE! LOL.”
“Absolutely the best service!! I came in just before the deadline, the staff was very busy, but they took care of me right away so my package was able to go out tonight.Friendly staff, always very helpful, and never any shipping issues. What more could you ask for? So happy that Pack and Ship is in our town!”

“I love being able to return Amazon purchases at the UPS store. Just have your QR code ready and they scan it and you leave the item there without having to wrap or package anything. Very convenient!”

“Anu and her Mequon UPS team are simply the best. From the moment one walks in, Anu’s warm smile makes one feel less like a customer and more like a regular, or even a friend. She is consistently quick, efficient and knowledgeable, helping us navigate technology as well as the many complexities of shipping and returns. Most importantly, she genuinely cares. Anu takes extra time to insure that important packages reached our family abroad, carefully timing shipments and treating each one as if it were her own. Her dedication and attention to detail make all the difference. Promote this woman, she is an absolute asset.”
