I bought two chairs from the Mequon, WI Marshalls. I was going to try to fit the chairs in the back of my car, but they didn't fit. The manager was very friendly and took my name and said I could pick them up that night or the next morning. I called later and asked Dorina if she could measure the chair for me so I know that they'll fit in my vehicle when I pick thup tomorrow. She was very friendly and accommodating ! Great customer service. Thank you.

I like everything about this marshals, except for the make up department, which is why I like to go there. All of the cosmetics pretty much except for Ellen Tracy and drugstore items are under lock and key, and an employee has to sit there with you while you look through everything. I get that they are trying to prevent theft- trust me I GET it- I used to work at Ulta. The items in the lock box didn’t have the label facing out so you couldn’t see the price of everything so you really do have to go through and look a lot through all of the stacks. I swear I could have spent an hour there looking through all of the makeup but because someone has to be standing there I felt very rushed. They really need to come up with a better plan such as security tags on everything.

Good ol' Marshalls! I'll say I love this place and it always surprises me. Every time I go in, I find more goods that are not only what I need but at a great price. Like seriously, you cannot beat these prices. I've been a time or two already this holiday season and boy do they have you covered in that department. Most recently, I picked up a few kids gifts, lots of wrapping paper, decorations, bows, and more. I also needed to grab some home goods, as we're hosting out-of-towners this month and have been in need of new bath towels and updated dishes. Tons of options here. I left very satisfied with the products and what I paid for them. This store is a bit chaotic, due to the sheer amount of things on racks and shelves. So just be prepared to do a little digging at times. I also had somewhat of a rough experience at the check out lines, but I'll put that down to new employees hired on for the holiday season.
