“Amanda in the pharmacy is a LIFESAVER. She was so patient with me, explained why a lot of other locations are having shortage issues for medications I'm that are regularly in high demand and how she had been working hard using a different supply method/schedule available to all CVS pharmacies to get her customers the medications they need. Long story short she was patient, understanding and managed to calm me down... and I started the call an angry b*tch for sure because I was so frustrated with another location and an issue ultimately beyond her control. I'm grateful I was able to meet her and apologize in person because she was truly a gem. Thank you for being amazing. COVID, I get it, we're all coping and dealing with each inconvenience no matter how big or small on a daily basis but just try a little harder to help people. Wear your mask, be kind and give people reason to believe we're going to make it through.”
“Normally, I'd give an operation like this 4 stars because I just don't get that excited about pharmacies, but they get 5 just to balance out the folks who gave them only one. Seriously folks, it's a Walgreens, not shopping at Nordstrom! I've had nothing but good service there for the last 8 years.”
“Just went to pick up some pictures. Im not great with technology so I screwed up my order, the lady in there help me fix it and even help me pick up frames and set everything for me! Super sweet and helpful. I've been there other times when there is a guy and he is very helpful as well!”
“Most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. The store itself usually has the products that I need, and the pharmacy staff are all pretty good, but the do get backed up around 5. All in all I really like the store.”

“Very clean and I appreciate it as an alternative to huge chains that's available to my new neighborhood! Staff are personable and polite. Plenty of parking if you need it. Since I can walk to this branch it is very convenient for me. It is a manageable size so I can make quick trips without spending a ton of time looking for a handful of things I need. They were well-stocked on the day before Thanksgiving. As with most grocery stores I have a hard time getting good salad greens here but I have had good luck with their berries compared to Pick N Save or Metro Market. I was surprised they had capers in stock! Their bakery has Grebe's products. For some reason, this location doesn't have frozen shrimp in stock? I think you can do better with boneless skinless chicken breast elsewhere since their selection is often half-frozen on the shelf and only their brand in stock. There are affordable wines and beer for sale but I didn't see any liquor for sale so I have to go elsewhere for that. I have not looked too much into their coupons so I might need to do that to save a little extra money. I don't see too much of a difference in price compared to competitors. I look forward to giving them my business since there would otherwise not be any grocery stores in my neighborhood.”

“I have been trying my best to learn how to coupon it can be very difficult. If you don't do exactly what the coupon says the whole car is messed up or if I come into the store it's all messed up. I have literally been to a few different locations where Nobody has been quit as nice. The brown deer location actually made me cry however, the service at this location is absolutely outstanding. I never caught the managers name. She was a very nice woman, but I wanted to give a shout out to her all the staff, and especially Deairious. He was patient, and kind, took time to helped me, showed no attitude whatsoever unlike most of the experienced I've had going to different locations. It is hard out there, so couponing is a skill that I must learn and learn well, every worker at this location was wonderful. From the greeting I received as soon as I walked in to the have a good night when I walked out. other locations should definitely take notes. A page out of their book, because that is how customer service should be and I work in the customer service industry and I know how frustrating customers working, etc. can sometimes be with that being said, thank you thank you thank you!”
