Daniel and his family did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. They took their time to do the job correctly over the course of 3-4 days and cleaned everything up leaving no landscaping repair (unlike most roofers who are in/out in one day and don’t care about your project). Pricing was very reasonable and better than most quotes. If you go with RAMZ, you will get an incredible value and wonderful craftsmanship. Knew of Ramirez brothers from their volunteer work in building our church. Used RAMZ General Construction to ready our house to sell. Although they prefer roofing work, they are experienced in re-hab work. Received written quote for work requested. Communicated well as to when they would & would not be on site. They did bath tile, wall framing, drywall installation & repair, painting, and insulation work. Flexible to homeowners needs; eager to satisfy; always pleasant. I was referred by a friend for RAMZ General Construction and I couldn’t be happier ~ Dan was a pleasure to work with, extremely down to earth. They installed a whole new roof and all new gutters for me. The workers were polite and professional. They did an amazing job. They only replaced rotted wood under the shingles where truly needed and provided an opening for the exhaust fan I would be installing in the bathroom ~ I highly recommend RAMZ General ConstructionServices: Gutter installation

Daniel (RAMZ General Construction) worked on our roof in June of 2021. It was a pleasure to work with Daniel and his crew. They started work on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up at the end of the day, explained the the work process when we asked, did a quality job and stayed true to their estimate. I highly recommend Ramz Construction. They just completed putting a new roof on our house and went above and beyond what other roofers would do. They lifted the decking to add additional insulation, added soffit vents, did extras to prevent ice damming in the future, which we had problems with. Daniel kept us informed every step of the way what they were doing. He and his crew were all courteous and not only did they do a great job on our roof, but they did a great job with clean up! I was highly impressed with the entire process from estimate to finished product. Daniel listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked out all problem areas and addressed them. The crew was responsive, organized and cleaned up the yard at the close of every day they were here. With the job being scheduled right after I purchased the home, they worked with my schedule to ensure we were able to address the roof/leakage problems as soon as possible. After installation of the gutters, there was a problem around the front porch with leaking. Dan and his brother promptly came over to address. Down the road if there are any issues, I am confident the responsiveness will be there as this family business takes pride in their work!Services: Roof repair
