Resurrection Cemetery

Hours: Resurrection Cemetery is a very nice cemetery where many families have their loved ones. Service is generally courteous, helpful, and considerate, and the staff takes exceptional care to avoid damaging the headstones. Plots are reasonably priced and the Diocese will happily buy back any un-used plots. The cemetery has rules about decor, requiring removal each season, and will remove items if not complied with. Some have experienced significant administrative errors, such as a wrong burial, and a lack of compassion in stressful situations, including demands for payment to open a grave. While the grounds have been made much nicer in recent years, some find the management of decorations lenient, leading to an abundance of cheap fake-flower arrangements on monuments. These experiences have led to strong disappointment for some.
