Clark was really helpful in getting us 2 great phones and making recommendations for some of our family members. Also, we are able to save money on our overall service, which is truly appreciated. They are uneducated and untrained. They don't even know the process to change esim or process the return. And prepare yourself to sit there for at least couple of hours because they don't know the work they have to do. They keep calling someone and ask for help.
