Save yourself the stress and headache and go to any other pharmacy in a 100mile radius. I don’t know why I keep trying here- there’s always a delay or issue or miscommunication. Or they’re closed at random hours not listed online or on their voicemail for no apparent reason.

Plenty of parking and store is mostly clean, but other than that, not recommended.Photo review: Same day photo order was accepted. A few hours after they were supposed to be ready, I came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They asked me to come look at the computer and identify my photo. They printed one photo and told me to come back later for the others. Ten days later, they can find my order but not my printed photos even though I received a reminder to pick up my photos. They told me to resubmit the order and they will reprint but now the price is double because the promotion I used is over.Pharmacy review: I requested an Epi pen that was automated (auviq). They tried to give me the larger non-automated then said they might have the one I wanted. I accepted the Auviq, then opened the bag to see that it expires in 10 months. Wish I could have received one with a full year of life in it. I had one other time they switched a drug on me for a generic brand without telling me (I assumed it was the same and didn't open the bag until evening/store was closed); now I know to ask before accepting a medication.

This place used to be fine. Over the last 6 months it has gone completely downhill. The haven't filled the last two prescriptions I had sent over. They showed up in the app, then but the pharmacy does nothing and never calls. The same thing happened when I tried to fill a prescription for my son. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I have used Walgreens almost exclusively my entire adult life, never again. My physician called in an RX for cough syrup on January 3rd. I received a text message that my Rx was back ordered and there was no further action needed. I called again on the 5th with no luck. My cough has been getting progressively worse and I called today (Jan16th) out of desperation because I am having difficulty sleeping. I was notified that my cough syrup had been sitting there for several days and they "assumed" I no longer wanted it. I assured them that I did and I would be there shortly to pick it up. I went to the drive through and asked them to put it on our easy pay. The amount was supposed to be $11with Good RX, but they charged my credit card $35.29. When I questioned it, she replied that I had already spoken to the pharmacist and that I knew what the price was. My husband drove around and I went in to question the pharmacist (whom I have never spoken to). He refused to acknowledge that I was overcharged, denied that they accepted Good Rx, slid the medication back to me and walked away. He would not even address the fact that I never spoke to a pharmacist, that my Rx had been waiting 13 days to filled, that I was overcharged, and that the Good Rx pricing was already part of my profile. Congratuations - you get to keep my $24.29 and you get to lose my entire family as customers.

Worst pharmacy. Disorganized and if they’re even open, they don’t know where your prescription is. I would bet they don’t have a licensed pharmacist or anyone with half a brain working there. Now they’re temporarily closed and didn’t even have the courtesy to forward customers prescriptions to the nearest location.

Terrible. Despite their reviews, I swore that I’d always had a good experience and chose to take my sick children's scripts from urgent care on a Sunday morning at 9:30. They opened at 9. Big mistake. At 3 pm, they texted to tell me there was an insurance problem with a script. I spent 20 minutes on hold to clarify the issue. Turns out they’d only updated the insurance for 2 of the 3 family members I dropped off scripts for. Fine. Then they told me that it’d be another hour to fix the error and fill the prescriptions. They won’t be ready until 4 pm. They close at 5. It took almost an entire business day to fill scripts for 2 sick children. I wish I’d just gone to another pharmacy so that I could start treating my sick kiddos hours earlier.

First of all, pharmacy hours start at 9:00 am everyday now, so be aware. I was there right at 9:00 am ( they used to open at 8:00 am) and the Pharmacist was on time and trying to run the whole show because the Tech wasn't there. So when the Tech did show at 9:07 am, the Pharmacist pointed out to the Tech that she was late. The Tech responded "Seven minutes is not late" and said this with no regard for the Pharmacist having to take care of everything in her absence. So 5 Stars for the Pharmacist and ZERO for the Tech!

I have always gone to walgreens because I have never really tried anything else, I just assumed everyone went to walgreens. I went inside today, because their drive through is closed daily, to pick up a prescription that was said to have been ready for me yesterday, I was 4th in line and it took half an hour to reach the counter to be told nothing was ready for me. I left in a laugh but I’m seriously looking for another pharmacy now. I feel bad for the 8 or so people that were behind me.

Two people at this location are the rudest & Worst Employees face to face with at the pharmacy, Stacy which is the head Pharmacist there, Constantly deny my medication even after my doctor sent over numerous paperwork very rude to me. Hangs up the phone on me, I come all the way up to the location and she denied my medication… This location was the only one around the area That I could travel to that had my Meds, I will seek an attorney for legal action, Just like I did with previous employee there who also done the same thing. So now it’s just a pattern of being biased towards me

Extremely long waiting times to the pharmacy. Staff doesn’t care. Switched to Metro Mart pharmacy which takes just a couple of minutes instead of more than half an hour.

Terrible service. Can’t reach the pharmacy even if you spend half a day trying. Attempted to speak to a manager and again waited in hold for half hour with no success. Terrible, terrible service.
