Experience delays in filling prescription refills frequently and Walgreens does not provide communications about the delays. Requires you to track and call. No weekend hours.

Erika, my pharmacy specialist provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable very efficient and helped me save $300 using a discount card on a prescription. She did all this well helping multiple customers and making sure that the pharmacy operated efficiently and everyone was served. Thank you, Erika. Appreciate your help

I am a big fan of the pharmacists here. They are always understanding and accommodative. I am glad to have you here!

This is the worst Walgreens i ever been to. I would not recommend anyone to send their prescription to this one. They never have anything and if it’s important meds you always have to wait 2-3 days to get it. And calling up there to get to pharmacy i was in hold for 10 mins then the phone rang and they put me right back on hold without even talking to me. I noticed they were closing Walgreens in the city… this one in port Washington rd should be closed too. Their pharmacy is the worst and they have the worst attitude.

While traveling to the U.P, I realized that I had left my meds at home. The pharmacist was very helpful in explaining what the process was to get my medication covered by my insurance or the cash price for my 4 day trip. She was also realistic about how she may not be able to get a call back from my out of state pharmacy before her pharmacy closed for the day. I am happy to report that I received a text while having dinner that everything was ready and we made it back before closing time.

Constantly closing unexpectedly, sometimes for days. When this happens, you are not able to get your medications or even transfer them to a different Walgreens. They get stuck in the system because no one can confirm that you want the refill cancelled. Even if you can get a new prescription sent to another pharmacy, insurance won’t cover it somewhere else because it shows as being filled there. So you just have to wait until they are open again. Extremely frustrating.

I had an issue with my ear and the pharmacist and the assistant helped and physically showed me where in the store I could find the best solution! Thank you!

I have been trying my best to learn how to coupon it can be very difficult. If you don't do exactly what the coupon says the whole car is messed up or if I come into the store it's all messed up. I have literally been to a few different locations where Nobody has been quit as nice. The brown deer location actually made me cry however, the service at this location is absolutely outstanding. I never caught the managers name. She was a very nice woman, but I wanted to give a shout out to her all the staff, and especially Deairious. He was patient, and kind, took time to helped me, showed no attitude whatsoever unlike most of the experienced I've had going to different locations. It is hard out there, so couponing is a skill that I must learn and learn well, every worker at this location was wonderful. From the greeting I received as soon as I walked in to the have a good night when I walked out. other locations should definitely take notes. A page out of their book, because that is how customer service should be and I work in the customer service industry and I know how frustrating customers working, etc. can sometimes be with that being said, thank you thank you thank you!

The pharmacy isn't open on weekends. Tonight, I waited 30 minutes with 8 people in line behind me when I left, to pick up a simple script. The counter guy had lots of problems finding scripts for people (training issue?). The drive-thru isn't opened with a sign in the window saying they're short staffed, so come inside. Last time I was there they wouldn't honor GoodRx pricing, I talked to the store manager, he called me back later came up with a Walgreens discount something that was acceptable to their system. If you have to work with them because of your insurance, find a different Walgreens, this one is to much aggravation.

I have never been to a pharmacy where 1.) the meds were never completely ready and 2.) where the staff was so unbelievably rude. Telling me it’s a 2 hour wait for meds but if I go inside and wait it’s 45 minutes. I just had surgery and can’t walk but she wanted me to go inside. Unreal.

People are nice enough, but this location is SO under staffed and unpredictable that corporate should be embarrassed and just close it.
