I have been trying my best to learn how to coupon it can be very difficult. If you don't do exactly what the coupon says the whole car is messed up or if I come into the store it's all messed up. I have literally been to a few different locations where Nobody has been quit as nice. The brown deer location actually made me cry however, the service at this location is absolutely outstanding. I never caught the managers name. She was a very nice woman, but I wanted to give a shout out to her all the staff, and especially Deairious. He was patient, and kind, took time to helped me, showed no attitude whatsoever unlike most of the experienced I've had going to different locations. It is hard out there, so couponing is a skill that I must learn and learn well, every worker at this location was wonderful. From the greeting I received as soon as I walked in to the have a good night when I walked out. other locations should definitely take notes. A page out of their book, because that is how customer service should be and I work in the customer service industry and I know how frustrating customers working, etc. can sometimes be with that being said, thank you thank you thank you!

The pharmacy isn't open on weekends. Tonight, I waited 30 minutes with 8 people in line behind me when I left, to pick up a simple script. The counter guy had lots of problems finding scripts for people (training issue?). The drive-thru isn't opened with a sign in the window saying they're short staffed, so come inside. Last time I was there they wouldn't honor GoodRx pricing, I talked to the store manager, he called me back later came up with a Walgreens discount something that was acceptable to their system. If you have to work with them because of your insurance, find a different Walgreens, this one is to much aggravation.

I have never been to a pharmacy where 1.) the meds were never completely ready and 2.) where the staff was so unbelievably rude. Telling me it’s a 2 hour wait for meds but if I go inside and wait it’s 45 minutes. I just had surgery and can’t walk but she wanted me to go inside. Unreal.

The pharmacy automated system does not work. It fails to auto refill. I receive messages that medicine is ready for pick up, but it's not ready when I go to get. The pharmacy staff is overwhelmed and unable to handle more than a handful of customers. The pharmacy keeps reducing hours. I have repeatedly had to call to resolve basic matters. The rest of the store is poorly managed.

The rating is for the pharmacy. Worst I've ever used! I order my prescription through the Walgreen's app usually the day before giving them 24hrs. I have yet to go in there and have my prescription ready at the time I specified. I get the same excuse every time "sorry we were busy". I will be switching places

Pharmacy is awful! I pass on the low-key customer service (how many times did I have to wait because prescriptions were not ready), to focus on availability: After deciding to do a lunch break closing the pharmacy at lunch time, now they are just closing on Saturday and Sunday, period! Come on guys, if you do not like the constraint of retail, just find another job.

The worst pharmacy EVER!! I don’t know where to start with bashing this pharmacy. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Plenty of parking and store is mostly clean, but other than that, not recommended. Photo review: Same day photo order was accepted. A few hours after they were supposed to be ready, I came to pick them up and they didn't have them. They asked me to come look at the computer and identify my photo. They printed one photo and told me to come back later for the others. Ten days later, they can find my order but not my printed photos even though I received a reminder to pick up my photos. They told me to resubmit the order and they will reprint but now the price is double because the promotion I used is over. Pharmacy review: I requested an Epi pen that was automated (auviq). They tried to give me the larger non-automated then said they might have the one I wanted. I accepted the Auviq, then opened the bag to see that it expires in 10 months. Wish I could have received one with a full year of life in it. I had one other time they switched a drug on me for a generic brand without telling me (I assumed it was the same and didn't open the bag until evening/store was closed); now I know to ask before accepting a medication.

Caroline was the first person I’ve dealt with in any Walgreens or CVS that was actually super helpful and was able to take ownership to resolve a medication issue. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who actually cared within this industry and had great customer service skills.

Pharmacy is very slow at filling prescriptions. I’ve waited weeks for refills before and have also had them cancel my prescription requests for no reason. There were a few times I received a notification that my med was out of stock and more was on the way, then a few weeks later it’s just abruptly cancelled with no explanation and I couldn’t get my prescription meds I was supposed to be taking every day. Thiensville location is better. The store is fine.

This location is the worst. Pharmacy never picks up their phone. Or picks up and hangs up. Orders are never ready or magically never received. The staff are rude. Zero customer service skills. I've had plenty of jobs in my life, even ones where I was busy or doing more than I thought I signed up for. Never have I treated fellow coworkers or customers any different than I wanted to be treated. This location needs a wake up call. I hope management or corporate reads these. I will be filing a complaint nonetheless. We should all hold better standards for ourselves.

The service levels at this Walgreens continue to decline. The pharmacy is rarely open. When it is open it is staffed by rude, disrespectful, dismissive punks. They are always understaffed. If I could rate them a zero I would. Walgreens is now the McDonalds of the pharmacy business.

Even though Walgreens website says they will price match their own online prices upon request, the cashier said she couldn’t do it for me. I will be returning everything I purchased on principle alone because I have to go to Walmart now so I might as well save a lot more. I called to ask a manager about this policy, and the “manager” was also rude and kept talking over me. I will only go to Walgreens in an emergency and time crunch, but otherwise they lost my business.

Scheduled an appointment, took time off work to go to it, arrived, and they have no staff to do the vaccinations. At least let people know or cancel their appointments.
