“This past month, we went to Gruett's Appliance in Merrill to check out their new washing machines as our old one wasn't working any more. They have a very nice selection of machines and we were mostly interested in purchasing a Speed Queen as they are rated as one of the best ones you can buy. Jason was very helpful and explained all the functions of the one we liked. The best thing we liked was the fact that the washer has a five year warranty guaranteed service calls, parts and labor, and everything covered for FREE for 5 years and all at no extra charge to us! That in itself was worth buying our washing machine from their store as most people know how expensive repairs and service calls can be.
They came the next day and took out our old broken washer and hauled it away for us and set up our new one and made sure everything was working properly. They were very friendly and very professional and experienced in everything they did. We LOVE our new Speed Queen washer, runs so quiet, our clothes come out so clean and it spins the final rinse water out so nice so the clothes aren't heavy when you take them out of the washer. We love how easy it is to use as the control knobs are simple to use, nothing too fancy or complicated and it has a nice selection of cycles. We highly recommend Gruett's Appliance in Merrill for their great product line, their quick and very friendly service, and the fact that they are close by and available to service their appliances without a long wait.
