From the time I opened a checking account at a River Valley Bank in Merrill, the customer service has always been exceptional. Having used many Incredible Bank branches over the past 13 years, I am always amazed that every employee greets their customers while opening the door with a smile. River Valley is indeed an Incredible Bank.
