Never do Kwik Trip delivery it is the worst delivery service. They use Door Dash and they suck. Tried the new delivery from kwik trip. online order at 11:30 am set up delivery for 5:30 pm. At 5:50 I called Kwik Trip and was told that the food was ready but Door Dash hadn't picked it up. the guy at KT said he would find out and call me back. He didn't At 6:05 a lady (who I could barely understand) Called from door dash and said that they were making me a new meal. The delivery time was now scheduled for 6:30. I cancelled the order And asked for a refund. My wife and went out to eat and when we came back our charge for our meal we did eat was charged. The credit still was not put back on our card DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I just received a reply to my review as you can see below. I don't know why they thought this was saying I had a good experience when in fact I was posting a picture showing how the container of ice cream was about a quarter empty.They are normally good at this location and this is not really their fault, but they have ice cream on sale so I got a couple and when I opened this one my thought was no wonder it's on sale because a portion of the container is empty.

When traveling Kwik trip is always our go to place for bathroom breaks as we can trust the cleanliness. Womens toilet was backed up, ready to overflow, tampon floating. Men's urinal had pee all over the floor in front of it. Sorry, but very grossed out.

I only decided to do this review for this Kwik trip location because of this lady. I’ve recently moved to Merrill Wisconsin in October 2021 I go to Kwik trip a lot because it’s open 24 hours because I have a lot of medical problems I spent most my day time hours not feeling well unfortunately now being in a new town with a different Kwik trip I had to find out I did not like the people working at the Kwik trip on Main in Merrill Wisconsin not until I met this sweet hard working lady now when I go to Kwik trip I hope she’s working. Maybe a month ago I’ve gone in to pre pay on my gas and this other lady checking me out she put the money on a different pump then the one I was parked at so I went back in the store to tell her and she told me sorry I don’t know how to change it so move your vehicle wow really I’m thinking to myself thankful this wonderful lady came out of the back and fixed it thank you I’m sorry I didn’t ask for your name but thank you for being one honest sweet hard working lady. Kwik Trip all your other employees at this location are nothing compared to her just wanted you guys to know. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this Kwik trip location only because that lady makes it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This particular store is one of the little, old-style Kwik Trips that used to dot the Midwest back in the 90's. Still has a good selection and Kwik Trip branded products are always top-notch. During busy times it can be a bit tight in the store and at the pumps but still a nice place to stop on your way thru Hwy 64

This is my preferred station. I prefer it over the new Kwik Trip. I have nothing negative to offer regarding this store. I've always received good, pleasant service from the clerks.
