Stopped earlier this evening. Never seen Kwik Trip so filthy. The drink stations were splattered and dirty and the floors were disgusting.

If you order online be prepared to wait. When you arrive to pick up your order you get the deer in the headlight look. They will them give excuses why they system doesn't work and you have to wait for them to make your order. Has happened the last 3 times in a row.

I need to give a huge shoutout to Erica at the Merrill Kwik Trip! My husband was recently there with his 88-year-old disabled mother, who has dementia, to use the restroom. We try to avoid public restrooms whenever possible, but sometimes nature calls, and there’s no avoiding it. With so few places offering “family” restrooms, my husband usually has to leave his mother to navigate the bathroom on her own. For anyone who has cared for an elderly loved one, you know this is no small feat—she needs help getting on and off the toilet and ensuring everything is taken care of properly afterward.
As my husband was walking his mother toward the restroom, Erica noticed them and, without a second thought, immediately offered her assistance. In the five years we’ve been caring for our mothers—mine with full-blown Alzheimer’s and his with mobility issues and early-stage dementia—no one has ever stepped up like that. This wasn’t just a kind gesture like holding a door open; Erica offered to help with one of the most private and challenging tasks that comes with caregiving.
Erica, consider yourself called out! You are an incredible person, and your kindness and generosity should never go unnoticed. Thank you for making a difference in a way you may not even fully realize.

Most of the time I love Kwik Trip because of their fast service they provide with gas and food, etc. However, today I am not very satisfied. My son had a belly ache and we misplaced our car keys. We spent over an hour looking for them. Not one worker made an effort to help.

Love KwikTrip but this one was just a bit subpar. The caramel macchiato frappe was weak and there were no tomatoes on the Western omelette bagel (they were pictured). Good customer service

I must say that I find myself often going to this quick trip. Even though the other quick trip in town is only a mile down the road. Due to they always have their hot food area full.So today I stopped in there with grandpa and three of our grandsons, and we all got to pick out our own dinner tonight from the hotspot.It only costs me less than twenty dollars to feed five of us for dinner.Thank you, kwik trip, for making it feasible to enjoy a hot meal.
